Hotel Tallahassee dengan Kolam Renang

I stayed there 2 times this year during the Florida State House Session. The hotel is in a great location for everything. The staff was great as well. The GM Tony was great, The over night guy/Peter was great as always. A very funny guy he has a story for us every night. The rooms was clean and ready. I would have giving it a 5 star rating, But I ran into two things that need to be addressed. The lady That wears the mask was not heplful at all. I asked for a blanket and she made it a big deal. She came back without and was not caring at all. The day I was tryin to check out, I went to the counter and there was no one there. I stood there for about 5 to 7 minutes finally a young lady came over from the far left after tending to her kids, which I thought was very unprofessional to bring your small children to work... She came over and checked me out. Other then that my stay was great!!

We think this is the best hotel in Tallahassee. Super clean, updated, friendly and safe. Everyone we encountered was so welcoming and actually takes pride in the hotel. We only stay here now when we come to Tally and recommend it. Very good room darkening shades, plenty of outlets and usb plugs next to beds and integrated into sofa. Honestly couldn’t ask for more. 10/10.

I stayed at this property for one night this past summer, and have since decided that despite a poor experience, the hotel deserved a positive review because of what they did to make things right! I decided to stay in this hotel after a concert at an amusement park in a neighboring state, near the border with Florida, and wanting to get out of that awful state as quickly as possible after the concert. After a terrible day, made only slightly better by seeing my favorite band in concert, I was hoping for a good nights sleep at this property, which unfortunately did not happen according to plan. Unfortunately the neighboring room was quite noisy, and I had to speak with the front desk, so the night auditor could try to call that room to ask them to quiet down. I am assuming I couldn't be moved due to hotel being fully booked, so I appreciated the night auditor doing what she could to try to make my stay better. However, after the neighboring room finally quieted down, and I was able to get a little bit of sleep, I was awoken with a loud sound similar to that of an alarm, coming from that room. I eventually went back to the front desk, and this is where the night auditor, who was still working, did everything they could to make things right. She was able to go back to the room to confirm the noise, attempt to contact the fellow guests, and when it was determined they were no longer in the room, enter the room herself, and then call for help in stopping whatever was causing the loud noise. Being that I was already trying to recover from a bad day, only to have an awful night, one might expect me to leave a completely negative review. However, the staff at this hotel provided me with the best possible service, and even gave me a late checkout and bonus Bonvoy points, to try and make up for an otherwise bad stay, due to issues beyond their control. Overall, I am happy that despite my negative experience, the wonderful people at this hotel did what they could to mitigate the issues with my stay. While I don't expect a perfect stay when staying at a Marriott flagged property, I do expect service that is at least good. At this property, the service was Excellent!

My experience was quite nice at the four points at Sheraton. Ultimately the prime person of interest that I would like to mention was a woman by the name of Sowsan (trust me I had to ask several times and write it down to remember very unique name). Her energy and work ethic or astounding considering the girl who was there when I first came in I think her name was Michaela or something she was a little bit different very short very curt very rude and didn't really act like she wanted to even be there but who does right it's a job. If I were to rate my experience based on the other girls ”professionalism” Then it would be a pretty bad rating but thank you Sowsan for actually caring about your customers and I hope that girl finds a job she enjoys.

I knew it might be an issue not having my ID for check in (I had left my wallet at home in Jacksonville) so I had called Holiday Inn earlier in the day to ask if a photo or FaceTime with my ID would be sufficient. The woman that answered the phone said yes at 12:19 on the day of check in. I then checked in at 7:15 and was told a physical ID was required due to corporate policy. I told them I had called to ask prior to arriving. Why would I just show up to the hotel without an ID in hand without asking first? The manager then insinuated that I lied about calling even after I showed him my call log on my phone, saying “there was no woman answering the phone at 12:19”. I am an out of town physician that works full time right across the street from the hotel. Did he really assume that I would be foolish enough to chance check in without asking about an ID requirement earlier in the day? Furthermore, had that employee been competent and told me the CORRECT answer earlier in the day, I could’ve booked a VRBO but instead had to scramble for lodging, all in between 12 hour ER shifts. All of their employees should be well versed in corporate policies. In addition, this manager should’ve responded with “I’m sorry I don’t know who that could have been but I will find out” but instead implied that I was lying. My friend just sold his house and I was going to start staying at this hotel 8-10 nights/month but this obviously has changed things.

We have stayed many times at this hotel, and this is the first time I have rated it anything below a 5. It is in the perfect location for us driving in from Louisiana to stop before getting to our beach or Orlando Vacation destination the next day. It is a beautiful hotel right off I-10. I highly recommend this hotel to others when they are making the drive in. We also stay here when our university plays FSU in Tallahassee. It is away from the noise, and is an easy drive to campus. The check-in was fabulous as always with very nice desk staff getting us into our room in a matter of 5 minutes. I visited with the desk staff a little later when nobody was around. They were polite, with the young man who is working on his degree at FSU telling me a little about his future plans, and a little about FSU. The room was and easy 5 out of 5 as always. Super comfortable beds. It was ice cold on this very hot summer day which is a plus. This room is as nice as any room. It is not highly decorated, but highly decorated is not our style. SUPER CLEAN and SUPER COMFORTABLE. The 4 out of 5 is for two reasons, I had a major sugar crash. I wear a glucose monitor and my sugar was at 42 when I went down stairs to ask for some orange juice. This is how I make my sugar go up in a controlled manner (a little at a time). The young lady at the desk didn't know how to turn on the machine that dispenses OJ, and there was no juice to buy in the ”Hotel Pantry”. Knowing how to do this would help people like me when the sugar drops. I couldn't drive at 42 and dropping because I might have run into someone. She gave me some Hi C which was like drinking sugar syrup. This morning I awoke with a sugar level well over 200. The breakfast was a total fail. The waffles were not cooking all the way through in 3 minutes, The juice machine didn't work, the eggs and sausage were cold, so we are going out for breakfast. In the past this was never the case for breakfast here. I rate the breakfast as a total fail. Overall, I wanted to rate it 5, but that would not have been honest for this stay. I will be back here again in the future. I'm sure the things that were wrong on this stay will be fixed in the future.
