The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

Location: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

お部屋はとても広かったです！ ですがホテルはかなり古い感じで、バルコニーの床は剥がれてたり、いたるところが錆びてたりって感じでした💦 1番嫌だったのが、リビングの床に蟻がたくさんいたこと｡｡｡ これはかなりストレスでした。 シャンプーなどのアメニティはありましたが、タオルはバスタオルのみでフェイスタオルはありませんでした。 シャワーの水圧は弱く、お湯の出も微妙な時がありました。 フロントのスタッフは、とても感じが良い方がいた一方、愛想がない方もいました。 料金が安かったので色々仕方ないかなってところですね。

I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

今年で二回目の滞在です。前回と同様チェックアウトタイムは 12:00ですが、11:00位になると部屋の鍵が利用できなくなります。その為わざわざフロントに行かなくてはいけません。 それ以外の事は全て文句のつけようがなかったです。 特にスタッフの皆さんが素晴らしいと思いました。

We were welcomed by friendly staff at 5AM. Our accommodation comes with daily buffet for 4 pax and access to their waterparks. The buffet spread is great with a lot of options even for kids. Menu changes every 2 days. The hotel feels a bit old with carpeted floor. Room can be more comfortable is pillows are not too soft. We requested for additional pillows since only 1 is provided per guests. Daily make up of room is available which is awesome. Staff are the best. Special shout out to Nelson - bfast staff who made our stay extra special. Location is a bit fast from downtown. So better to get a car rental and take your dinner before heading back to the hotel. Waterpark is okay, beach is under renovation though. The side party event for hotel guests is a nice way yo end our stay.

My second time (first was last April 2025) Even though there still a lot of people hanging out i’m still love this hotel. Front desk officer are very accommodating and friendly. The place of this hotel is superb. Will visit guam soon and will choose this again.

들어가자마자 향기부터 좋고 쾌적하고 멋져요. 직원분도 친절하셨고, 방 컨디션도 훌륭했어요. 침대는 좀 삐걱거리는 소리가 났고 너무 푹신해서 오히려 허리에는 안좋을것같은 느낌이었지만 그거빼고는 다 맘에 들었어요. 수영장에서 바로 이어지는 바다뷰도 너무너무 좋고, 스타벅스옆 통로에서 보는 노을뷰는 태어나서 본 바다놀중에 가장 아름답고 멋졌어요. 나중에 기회되면 또 가고싶어요!

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

位置好，機場過來衹有的士26🔪，免費WIFI不行，斷斷續續，被子薄，沒有牙刷，有熱水壺，微波爐，電吹風。前台人員，服務態度好。對面是警察局。樓下是ABC超市，到DSF免税店很近。價錢也比較實惠。到關島來，還是在機場租車，市區的BUS不方便，很多景點沒有BUS。
