Hotel gute Ausstattung, gute Betten und supa und vielfältiges Frühstück - auch für Allergiker ist was dabei. Inzwischen gibt's auch Wässerchen auf dem Zimmer. Einziges kleines Manko der Wasserdruck im Bad ausbaufähig und Klima Last sich selbst nicht individuell regeln.
Super zentrale Lage, nur wenige Meter vom UBB Bhf entfernt, ins Zentrum und zum Strand ca 15-20min entfernt.

Die Lage ist gut. Hotelzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist gut. Rühreier leider sehr matschig fast roh. Ansonsten gute Auswahl möglich. Personal an der Rezeption nicht freundlich . Spricht nur englisch.

Service has been nice and polite. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good as well. But what irritated me, was the fact that nobody from the staff has worn a mask properly or no mask at all. Due to Covid it is mandated to were a mask and it is Hilton policy to were mask in the hotel. With this in mind the staff must lead by example.

Great hotel, walking distance to the beach and promenades. Great shops and restaurants around. Hotel offers great breakfasts. Great place for couples or families with children. Strongly recommended.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen.
Als erstes hatte meine Frau den Handtuchhalter in unserem Zimmer in der Hand. Dieser war nur lose in die Waschtisch-Verkleidung gesteckt.
Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption unter den Augen der Gäste am Mobiltelefon spielend vorzufinden vorzufinden, war unpassend. Das Frühstück als solches ist in Ordnung. Die Performance der Servicekräfte beim abräumen und der Reinigung ist nicht auf einem Niveau, das man erwarten darf. Individuelle Wünsche des Gastes finden keine Beachtung.
Ein zweites Mal werden wir dieses Hotel nicht buchen.
