Ulasan Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney

Location was perfect, room is very spacious with a proper work table. The only downside was the flight of stairs at the entrance which is not friendly for heavy luggage. While the staff will lend a hand, still good to have flat ground.

Spacious room with good amenities including ironing facilities which was great for my business trip. Also had wireless charging.

Great central location, rooms are good size and spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern, and customer service on point Only issue is that the breakfast area is small and you may need to wait a while during peak periods (8-9am)

great location in Sydney CBD and easy access to Darling Harbour

The hotel is easily accessible from the train station (as it is a slight downhill). The staff, from being met with a wide smile by the concierge to the check-in staff, are friendly, professional and just a joy to interact with. The rooms are well appointed, bathrooms absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is good, but very few Asian options available. It should be noted that Google maps is not truthful about the fact this part of Sydney is "mostly flat"... so walking shoes are a MUST as the hotel is so very close to a number of wonderful places to see, explore and enjoy a meal.

Very friendly and welcoming staff

Location is good. Staff is helpful. However, the bathtub wasn’t like being cleaned. Also, while I appreciated the environmental friendly attitude of the hotel, it’s very inconvenient for the traveller when there is no toothbrush. And the slippers provided is flip flop, I would prefer slippers.

Unfortunately, this was a quick overnight trip for us, however, the hotel and location is superb and we will definitely return for longer next time!

Close to the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

Perfect location, value for money. Many convenient stores and restaurants nearby so you don't have to worry about what to eat even if you arrive late at night.

Location is King, it’s within walking distance to the Rocks, Circular Quay, Pitt Street Mall, QVB. Walking distance to bus stops, light rail stop and subway., so you can literally spidering out anywhere in Sydney. The room I already check in was a standard room which I reserved, it’s a very nice room, however, the TV was not working and took the engineer over 20 minutes still not able to fix it. Per my request in changing to another room (which I expected to be another standard room), gratefully they offered me a better room on the top floor with a side view of Sydney bridge on the balcony Most hotels will encourage its guests to leave towels on the rack for environmental reason. Yet they always changed it anyway. And the Radisson Blu Plaza is the one hotel whose house keeping do really leave your towel on the rack. Well done. Knowledge on tourist attraction varies from one concierge from another. Really see if you are lucky that day. But overall I highly recommend this hotel in terms of service , location, comfort and hospitality I planned to have a dip in the hotel pool before heading to airport. Yet it’s not possible with a number of kids playing balls and making big splash dive into the pool, making other people using the pool not possible. Security guards were there twice to stop that, yet the moment they left, activities resumed. Hope the parents can be more considerate as it’s not a big pool

It is a good place to stay for the weekend. Highly recommend it!

All staff are willing to assist

Outstanding venue, friendly staff and great amenities. Would definitely have prolonged my stay here if I’d have known it would be this good. Staff upgraded me upon arrival to a larger room with a balcony and allowed a slightly later checkout of 1pm to accommodate my work calls from the room. Wifi was great, very clean room & would definitely stay here again.
