Kemudahan hotel agak lama, tetapi perkhidmatannya sangat baik dan perjalanan sangat selesa

The location is excellent. The hotel staff Michael is friendly and helpful. I am impressed by his warm hospitality. The hotel amenities are user friendly and sufficient. The beds are comfortable.

1. The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking the subway, shopping or eating. 2. The room is clean and comfortable, with a complete gym and swimming pool sauna. 3. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. I particularly like the Korean receptionist (Jooeun). She is cute! I wish I could be friends with her, and I regret not asking to take a photo with her.

Arrive early, conceige will keep your luggage until check in. The room is equipped with washing machine and dryer. Could ask for amenities .

Location is very good, lots of food choices nearby. Train station is close too. Room is good size and clean. Would possibly stay there again.

I assumed the more l paid, the better it would be, but alas l was mistaken. Upon check in l was advised that l’d been upgraded to two bathrooms, yippee l thought as Mum and I have competing bladders. On inspection it took me 10 minutes to find the first bathroom which was hiding behind the bedroom door. The other bathroom and second bedroom were key locked and inaccessible. I went back down 43 floors to ask and was advised, oh no you only paid for one bedroom/bathroom. Then why was l told l’d been given an upgrade? Everything is about technology, we couldn’t turn the tv on because we’re old and technologically retarded. Had to call reception twice to get someone up to explain it, so l could write it down, we only got it working l/3 nights. I don’t have pay tv and was looking forward to watching something of my choosing. Nup. The mattresses were uncomfortable as were the lounges. To reach and see the microwave l had to kneel on the floor . There was a howling gale blowing through the kitchen from some unknown point.The layout is a poor design, no service, we got 2 towels for two people for 3 nights, seriously? Was excited about the balcony with table and chairs but NO the sliding door had been disabled. Look it’s probably fine if you’re young and healthy. But we aren’t. We’re also 5’2” and shorter so half the kitchen and most of the storage areas were inaccessible. Not recommended for older or people with little tech knowledge of

The location is great and near to train station, and other shopping areas. You will most of the things you need if you are staying for a couple of days. The lift lobby is small though taking account of the number of rooms in the hotel and the waiting time for the lift may tale a bit of time at times. Anyway, great place to stay and enjoy.

The security access using the room key card with the elevators made me feel very safe. High speed elevators very smooth and fast. Suite was spacious as advertised. High elevation suite worth the extra cost. The view makes just being in your room an event. Coffee machine with espresso pods, sugar, and fresh cream in the fridge tasted great. Full kitchen amenities and washer dryer definitely a bonus.

The accommodation has a great location, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are cleaned and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Moreover, the accommodation offers impressive facilities like a swimming pool, gym, and sauna.

The receptionists and the room services were quite good but the lift services were disappointed. Guests were always jammed to queue up at the lobby. The hotel situated at the city centre where was convenient in transportation. Overall, I would consider this hotel a suitable place in staying at Sydney.

I thought Meriton was supposed to be fantastic but dissappointed. Don't live up to photos or expectation. Kitchen cups were dirty. Room was big enough but old and run down. Towel rails fell off. Plus side is amenities. Next time we'll stay at another hotel.

Very spacious room, good location, amenities were plentiful and available on request. Washer in the room is a huge plus.

Location is the best point about this property. A real hassle to have to ask for simple toiletries rather than to have them placed in the rooms. And there is no daily room service for our 6 days stay. A very light service was done after 3 days but don’t know what was done when towels were not replaced and beds not made properly. Bathrooms not washed as well. So, a far cry to what u would expect of a stay in either a hotel or serviced apartment in the city itself.

This time stayed in a studio, was impressed again, thank you for the stay.
