Hotel berhampiran Leighton Park, Sydney

We love our stay at this hotel so much! For travellers like us, the hotel location is perfect, it’s about 100m walking from the train station and there are so many eateries and stores to shop and dine! For Muslim travellers, the location also has multiple Halal eateries nearby, including a kebab store right across the street. We can’t find fault in this hotel, honestly. Check in and check out were super quick and easy, staff was so helpful and friendly. Left luggage storage is available and the Wi-Fi is fantastic. The hotel has an elevator, which makes it extra perfect for families with kids and elderly, or travellers with large luggage. Our room is sweet and simple, we really enjoyed the beds and showers. There are also a mini fridge and mugs with the basic complimentary tea-coffee-sugar combo. Our TV is huge and we love it! The extra plug points are also super helpful for us to charge all our devices and power banks. The hotel is basically located on top of a restaurant and sports bar, but trust us, it’s really quiet at night! If you’re travelling to the airport from this hotel, you can take a bus from in front of NAB/Chemist Warehouse and switch to another bus just 10 mins later (use Google map for details); because this only cost us about $4 to get to the airport instead of the $21 train ride! What a deal, right?

If your hotel checklist includes new fitout, comfy bed, excellent shower, quality toiletries, proximity to public transport and shops, and a plethora of eateries nearby, put the Hurstville Travelodge on your list because it ticks all the boxes. And there's more, including parking at reasonable rates, welcoming staff, impeccable cleaning standards and modern decor. We really enjoyed our one night here but it definitely won't be the last.

We wanted somewhere that wouldn't break the bank, with a bathroom we didn't have to share, and this is what this is. We stayed in the room with a double bed and bunk beds. The double was comfortable, the bunks would probably be fine for children. For adults it's not so good. The upper mattress had a plastic/waterproof top. No parking at the hotel but we found some nearby. Although we were in the middle of Sydney, there wasn't a lot of noise keeping us awake. Spare blankets would have been nice to have in the room.

I stayed at Grand hotel rockdale from 01/03/23 until 04/03/23 as i was in Sydney for medical reasons. I requested a room far from the main entrance and stairs ( as I needed to rest) which the hotel accomodated and i am grateful for. It was decent room for a budget accomodation and the room was serviced. However the sink in the room (303) was coming off the wall which needed repair. It was clearly a health and safety issue. Not sure why the cleaners has not reported to housekeeping / management dept about it. I was concerned about using it or leaning on it as it might fall on my feet. That sink need to be fixed. The curtain also was not very clean (white patches like chalk) was on it. Otherwise it was a good stay, had a good sleep and bed was comfy.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The Novotel Brighton beach hotel is stunning decor and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. My room was a cozy superior king-size bed, with plush bedding and all the amenities I could ask for. I can’t wait to come back.

My family had three rooms over 5 days here and I must say we were very happy with the accomodation and Penshurst itself. The hotel is very close to the rail station which was a plus for us. Post recent renovations the rooms were all clean, very well maintained and had a “new” feeling. Comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities in all. More Like an upper class Hotel really. Very nice. We all ate at the hotel most nights as the food was good and Al had a wide and GF selections cooked well. A quiz night was a bit of fun one night. Penshurst itself had a great selection of local coffee and breakfast options. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Definitely will stay here again.

Airport Hotel is a convenient close to Sydney airport Hotel that is Budget priced and has very good facilities in the room . Our train was late departing Brisbane and if my daughter had not assisted by getting the room key we would had a real problem as the Hotel was shut prior to our arrival at 11.20pm . The reception expressed little or no concern at this predicament. So if booking make arrangements for key collection . Good value very clean room comfortable bed and sensible shower . Good value

Very helpful receptionists! Room was clean and tidy, also incredibly large! Location was easy access to train station with trains going east and into the city. Definitely recommend!

I had such a good stay there. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were particularly excellent - every person was incredibly kind and friendly. Binay was really lovely and helpful and Jandro, the manager was wonderful and always had an incredibly welcoming smile. I wasn’t expecting such a good experience considering how cheap it was, right in the heart of the city, but the hotel ticks all the boxes. I would definitely recommend this, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
