Stayed 2 nights. Heart of the BGC with great view of the golf course. Certainly could use a few repairs but overall it was a great place to stay and I’d go back regardless of the few issues. Biggest pain was on checkout when we couldn’t leave our bags for a few hours. Would stay again regardless.

Best hotel experience ever. One night stay is not enough, we may have to book longer stay next time. Superb service! One thing though, for breakfast you may need to add more options. Probably, add other Filipino dishes like tocino, longganisa and Champorado so other foreign visitors may experience Filipino breakfast cuisine.

I had an amazing experience! I love this Hotel makes me feel relaxed. Will definitely stay here again. Everyone is seem professional.

Great location in BGC walking distance to High Street and several restaurants and convenience stores. My only complaint is the room lights were dim and not enough electrical outlets in the room.

酒店房間有家的感覺.有開放廚房.環境十分優美.但美中不足是服務及配套..首先該酒店有分好多座….搭的士都好麻煩.我地要系其中一座到問大堂.都等了很久.其次就系牙刷牙膏.飲用水.只會提供一次.我訂了2天.當我想問物資時.他們說沒有.只能提供一次..呢一點我覺得很其怪..酒店物資竟然不會再次提供..呢一點令到我十分失望…

Located in Manila, one mile from Bonifacio High Street, Novel Hotel Manila has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a spa & wellness center. The host is very responsive and took care of all our request prior to arrival specifically the parking. They made sure that we checked in comfortably.  It is a home but with a hotel type of service. The condo staff are also very polit and would open the doors for you. Their cleaners also made sure to provide us the requested supplies we needed during the stay. The toilteries are complete! from shampoo, soaps, shower caps, slippers and comb! - these stuff usually is only available in hotels. We also used the washing machine which helped us get clean clothes before we left.  Is it worth our money? Yes, and I will surely book in this place or with the same host again. They view is also very stunning! By the way, if booking 7 days they have free airport shuttle service!

There are lots of restaurants and malls to visit around the area so there was no issue grabbing some snacks for lunch and dinner. Staffs also assisted us during check-in so it was smooth all along. Also, the rooms we booked are properly cleaned upon our arrival. The beds and sofas are cozy to relax on. Minor concerns we had during our stay are the lack of bathrooms in the rooms especially if you are having 5 persons in each room. Also, there are no bidet or shower curtains installed. No bath soap was provided too but there is a shampoo at the very least. Although it is just around the corner of Landers so you can still buy any basic necessities you will need. Lastly, only two towels were prepared in each room but we were able to request for extras thru their hotline so everything was sorted out easily. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm accommodation by the host. My friends and I were able to hang out in BGC with no hassle.

I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the complimentary minibar and high-speed Wi-Fi. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay by the sea. I look forward to returning in the future!
