Ulasan Mulan Motel

This was my first time staying at Mulan Motel in Taichung, and overall it was great! However, you can tell the room's decor and furniture are a bit dated. Before going to sleep, I accidentally noticed a mirror in the corner of the ceiling. It reflected the light fixture above the headboard, and I could clearly see a lot of dust. But I guess that's a spot where not many people would think to clean.

The room is amazingly beautiful ! Have a huge spa pool and is very nicely landscaped. Access to the hotel is very convenient. Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful motel !!!

Staffs are nice and the very high privacy motel. Very large room with theme but the decoration looks old! Strong smell of cigarette even in my room is non-smoking, hygiene can be better.

Good location and nice room. Service staff very helpful. Parking is free. Near a lot of restaurants.

Difficult to find at night. There's no signage outside that says "Mulan" and there is no front door or desk. Instead, you walk up a driveway to find the office which resembles a guard shack. You must also let them know every time you return so that they can open the garage door to your unit, allowing you access to your room door. The room was very impressive. Huge and very luxurious. It's a lot space to clean, so I was not surprised that it wasn't spotless, but it was fine. The fish (minnow) pond was very tiny and barely noticeable in the corner of the bathroom. Lights cannot be controlled individually, instead there are set "scenes" that you must toggle through. Some features in the room were simply not functional (i.e. the Music controls on the bedside table and some of the jacuzzi controls. The breakfast was a mixture of Mcdonald's-type food and traditional ********* breakfast. During my stay, the smoke alarm in the garage was low on battery and chirped all night. I told the staff the next day and instead of replacing the battery they simply removed it, however I could still hear chirping smoke alarms in other adjacent units. Overall it is a great value for the price, despite the few inconveniences.

Loud road noise from street racers. Mosquitos in room. Left middle. Of the night. Front desk just said "ok". Other than than, nicely fitted rooms. Too bad service doesn't match.

The room was very large and spacious, with a huge Jacuzzi. The bed was also large and comfortable. There were many restaurants nearby, offering cuisines from all over the world. This was our second stay, and it was excellent. We would definitely come back next time.

The entrance of Mulan Motel is on the right turn of Shizheng Road, next to Chaofu Road. The entrance is not obvious, so you need to pay attention. The family room I stayed in this time has a larger space than expected and a high ceiling. In addition, there is a very large bathtub that can be used. The overall cleanliness and front desk service are very good. In addition, the breakfast is unexpectedly rich and you can add more. The price of a four-person room on Sunday night in the seventh phase is really worth it. I will choose it again next time I stay in Taichung.

In a world where domestic travel is ridiculously expensive, finding such a great value, clean, newly decorated, and spacious motel is like finding an angel.
