Nicely maintained hotel. Lots of great facilities for family trip (pool, great exercise facility, free yoga class). Room is in great size with large bathroom. Great service from all staff, and buffet breakfast features fresh local ingredients and dishes. Location is in a bit isolated area but in a good neighborhood.

I've been here several times, and the service is consistently excellent.

The rooms are new and clean, and the breakfast is delicious.

Whenever I'm on a business trip to Taichung, I always stay here. I used to stay at the Howard Plaza Hotel next door, but ever since I discovered this place, there's been no looking back. I love that they have a sauna, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, with a minimalist design, and an open view. The breakfast buffet is also quite good. Once, I chatted with a guest in the elevator who turned out to be a local resident. He uses this hotel as his 'Club House,' coming here for the gym, sauna, and swimming pool – it seems like a great option for him too.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

The exterior looks decent, but the room itself is quite dated. They're big on being eco-friendly, so they don't provide toiletries or bottled water. You have to refill your own water. The location is a bit out of the way, with not much nearby, but the hotel can arrange a taxi for you. The value for money is just average.

Lovely hotel with amazing facilities, the pool and gym were amazing. Staff were very friendly as well.

Very clean, classy, very good ambiance, staff are professional, some are friendly, food is deliciously made, perfect also if you what to relax, highly recommended.

The room cleanliness is good, but the front desk staff are somewhat cold and lack friendliness. However, if needed, they are willing to help.  The most inconvenient thing is that the hotel does not provide bottled water. You have to use the hotel's provided kettle to get filtered water outside the room, which is extremely inconvenient and feels unhygienic. This should not be the service provided by a five-star hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, boasted excellent facilities, offered a great view, and was wonderfully quiet. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The only minor point was having to fetch water from dispensers in the corridor, which is a bit uncommon. However, they explained it was for environmental protection, and I'm more than happy to do my part for sustainability. Despite this, the room itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and bright!
