Ulasan Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier

Very new hotel, area is very peaceful but it’s close to railway, a little bit noise, but not that bad. Every room has a balcony, to be honest, if they can use the balcony space back to the room, I’ll say, it’s even better! Anyway, hotel is very new and facilities are good!

Hotel is really good, although there was some miscommunications with staff. Soundproof on high level, but you better choose side where you see left side of the stadium, cuz even though it blocks out noise from hotel, sound from outside not 100%. Corner rooms are amazing, it's like a vacuum! But normal deluxe also ok. I enjoyed this hotel. Didn't have any other photo of the hotel lol

Didnt regret in booking this hotel. Love the surroundings, easy access to train station, friendly staffs and best of all the room has a good large balcony. The amenities provided in room are fantastic! They prepared pajamas and also skin care products! The drinking water packaging are of high standard too. Thank you for making my first visit to Japan a memorable one!!!! Will definitely return again on my next trip!!!

Though the location is not the best one, the environment is good with many large scale parks around.

Room was just enough for two suitcases. The view from the terrace was great. Easy to get around with just few stations to the Tokyo central area. The nearby area was quite not as crowded as other Tokyo central area. The hotel is more than welcome to help us store the luggage even we away for whole day.

Hotel location is good as it is closed to either JR or Subway station, though you might have to change lines to the hot spots in Tokyo! The hotel room is smaller than our expectation, as two mid-sized lugggaes would seem to fill the room! The hotel is closed to Tokyo National Stadium thus felt great with morning walk during our stay! One incident that frustrated us was the room cleaning service - we forgot to switch off the DO NOT DISTURB sign in the morning, and thus our room was not cleaned when we came back in the afternoon. We went to the reception and asked for cleaning but the front desk insisted they could not arrange cleaning in the afternoon. Finally, the hotel could only deliver us two towels. Felt NOT good as all international hotels would provide cleaning service round the clock, but not the case in Mitsui Garden Jingugaien Tokyo Premier.

Very clean and friendly. Parking is 2500 Yen per day, not per stay as described. But hotel is comfortable and fitness room was very nice.

Booked this room for my parents. The twin room is slightly bigger than the moderate queen room. The hotel is conveniently located to a train station and it is situated at a much quieter part of Tokyo. The breakfast was ok, with a good variety of fresh juice and dishes. The only downside was that the coffee is pre-made.

Location is good. However it is a bit noisy as our room was close to the train track.

Hotel location is great! It is only two stops away from Shinjuku station which is very convenient and the staff was friendly and understanding. Breakfast was decent, could've been better.

Room size was fine for two people. The balcony was nice and faced the city. There is a laundry room, vending machines and a rest area on one of the floors which was convenient. Location wise it was quiet, away from hustle and bustle but walkable distance to the train/subway lines.

The hotel is new and software is v good. However, staff needs much more training. For instance, I asked the most usual question for visitors re the options for me to go to Narita Airport early in the morning, and the staff member simply couldn’t get me a good answer and didn’t follow up afterwards at all.
