Ulasan The Galerie Hotel

Hotel is in good location. Checked in @3pm. Wanted to drink hot tea, but the tea kettle was broken. Wanted to use computer, the desk light was not working. That was about 4pm, so called front desk, was no answer. Called 10 minutes later still no answer. Decided to give up.

The checking machine seems not user friendly because the machine need to entry the booking number. It took me few mine to entry the booking number and it is under assistant by the Receptionist. In fact, I never saw the booking number because i finally provide my information to the receptionist and the receptionist help me entry the booking number(i never see it) to machine. The hygiene of the room could improve. the tissue was full of dust. the shower head seems with some issue. the noise from AC. it seems some road construction work near the hotel recently. it has some noise at nighttime.

service was more of self service for check in and out this it was fast. Not much facilities around and in the hotel. Hotel was clean but quite inaccessible to like food places in the morning. However hotel is walking distance to fengchia night markst

There was no service. No physical check in. Not easy to find a human to talk to

1.No instruction to do self-check in, no booking numbers at all. 2.Room very old and smelly. 3.Soundproof very bad. 4.Checkout time is 11am.

Room is super basic. 3 hangers for 2 family suite. Located on the highest floor. Near the exit door - and creepy feeling when returned to hotel at night - exit is Near lift lobby and will sure need to walk by (lights are turned off). Bathroom is rather small (family suite). The plus points - amenities are DIY on level 1. Can top up ourselves without having to wait for Housekeeping. Location is 7 mins walk to Fengjia night market. Near to eateries and bakery. Our 1st trip to Taichung. Would imagine hotel rates in Taichung would be more affordable than Taipei. Turned out its more expensive than Taipei Ximending area.

Close to Fengjia night market and many eateries ard. Self Check in available but wifi not very strong. Housekeeping didn’t come daily.

地點區域不錯、但是房間環境一般(沙發凹陷.床單髒髒的) 有先詢問是否有停車場 服務人員表示有 到飯店才知道位子是先搶先贏 自行辦理入住算是新體驗 但對於老人家應該不太會操作

櫃台服務人員男生 非常有耐心以及禮貌 地點方便 有接駁車 設備環境不錯 遊戲室很棒、人員態度佳

飯店位在青海路上 附近有麥當勞 家樂福 隔壁還有萬客什鍋 吃吃喝喝很方便 走路十分鐘就可以到逢甲夜市吃宵夜 房間簡單乾淨

能半夜00:00～06:00即訂即住真的是太感謝攜程網 aka TRIP.COM。言歸正傳，拓程商旅已設置雀客同款自助入住機（雖然常常仍是由櫃檯接待員從旁協助輸入）不知道是不是加入承億集團一部分了❔

一開始我為了要拍專業形象影片故意選有落地窗的旅館,就選了這家,當下check in 發現沒有落地窗就算了,我好聲好氣的問櫃檯可不可以幫我找有落地窗的房型,我話還沒問完,櫃檯的一個胖子直接轉頭說"沒有,都客滿了“,態度極差,眼連撇都不撇,還穿便服,感覺就是要下班趕緊離開不想多事的爛員工,幸好旁邊穿制服的一位帥哥人比較正常幫我找了一下房型,勉為其難幫我找一個還可以的房型,我感謝他的態度和真誠的服務！ 我忘記記了名字,但我只記得那個胖子,胖子,如果你看到這篇評價,你也不要意外,請你趕快離職打包回家,這份工作不適合你,你可能比較適合當廚師或美食評論家,飯店櫃檯這種工作太委屈你了
