Hotel berhampiran Balin Station, Tainan

Saya telah menghubungi hotel untuk periuk pensterilan, buaian, dan tab mandi untuk bayi bayi. Saya tahu bahawa saya perlu membayar deposit 1,000 yuan untuk meminjam periuk pensterilan. Saya tidak menyangka akan mendapatkan bilik saya dari kaunter lobi. Itu agak tidak dijangka. Saya membawa bayi saya dan membawa barang-barang saya. Agak istimewa untuk memindahkan pensteril, tetapi pengalaman penginapan secara keseluruhan adalah baik. Selain bahagian membawa sterilizer sendiri, saya berulang-alik dua kali di dalam bilik dan memeriksa dua kali untuk pergi ke kaunter untuk membawa sterilizer. Kemudahannya juga sangat lengkap, sarapannya juga enak, cahaya semula jadi di dalam bilik dan pemandangannya sangat bagus.

Persekitarannya sangat baik, lokasinya bagus dan pemandangannya indah. Nilai cP sangat tinggi.

Sayang sekali bahawa kolam renang dan banyak kemudahan tidak dibuka semasa wabak ini. Tetapi perkhidmatan dan persekitaran tempat tinggalnya sangat selesa. Mereka yang tidak terbiasa dengan katil yang terlalu lembut mungkin harus bertanya.

Location of the hotel is ok with some of restaurants around. There are few stairs in front of the hotel. When we arrived the hotel, no one to come out to help us to carry our luggages (total four big to medium sized luggages) to the reception. We had to do this by ourselves. We booked two deluxe rooms and arrived around 2pm, the receptionist asked us to come back at 4pm as the rooms were not yet ready and emphasised the checkout time should be 11am. Since the checkout time is so early, the hotel should provide us the room sharp at 3pm according to the agreed terms. After some arguments, the receptionist promised to send us email when the rooms were ready but couldn’t guarantee to give us the rooms by 3pm. At last, it was good the receptionist notified us the rooms were ready around 2.35pm. The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. No toothpaste plus toothbrush and bottled mineral water are provided. A plastic bottle is provided for you to go out to the machine to get the drinking water while the toothbrush is provided after asking the receptionist. Understood it is for green environmental protection but not convenient for the guests. The breakfast is not attractive as chose of foods are limited. Learned that the Chinese foods of the hotel restaurant is quite good but we couldn’t try it as the Chinese foods are only provided from Friday to Sunday. Car parking is very good and it is free

Lokasinya sangat baik di bandar, terdapat tempat letak kenderaan di mana anda boleh meletakkan kenderaan anda dan ia bernilai baik untuk wang! Sangat disayangkan bahawa bilik ini tidak mempunyai tingkap dan bilik mandi sangat bersih. Kembali lain kali! 👍

Strategically placed in the center of Tainan City, smack bang middle of the transportation hub. It is right behind the Main bus stations (North and South) which all buses in the city stop by (some start from those stations), so it would be very convenient for you to get around. As for the Train Station, it is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, which makes easier for people to travel further but still feel close enough to comeback. The hotel it self its pretty okay. The beds are clean and soft, they have a big bathroom, and spacious rooms for the most of it. For a budget hotel, i think its about worth it. The only downsides in my opinion are the windows, they layered them with black stickers and leave maybe a 10-20 cm gap that we can see through. Though it was buildings only buildings outside, feeling that you have more window view wouldn't be so bad. And the other thing, is the walls are a bit thinner, so it could not contain our noise neither our neighbours. Still, I understand that's a trade off. Overall, It's an okay place to stay.

Terletak di sebelah terusan, ia sangat mudah untuk berjalan-jalan! Bilik-bilik kecil, tetapi tidak berasa sesak, perkhidmatannya baik, mesra, tetapi tempat letak kereta agak menyusahkan, mungkin kerana kawasan terlalu kecil, anda hanya boleh menggunakan lif untuk naik dan turun, anda perlu menunggu !

Excellent hotel, clean, location is good...near to Tainan Railway station and amenities. The breakfast served is great. The breakfast menu is never the same. The attitude and service rendered by the staffs were very positive, good and friendly.

We stayed two nights in Roots Inn Tainan, I think it’s highly recommendable. The rooms are simple, but clean. It’s got a mini fridge for you to store all the delicious goodies that you may buy in Tainan. No bottled water nor coffee/ tea in the room, but all is provided in the 6/F communal living room. It’s a nice setting to enjoy after a long day out, we bought some snacks from the food stalls near by back to the living room because of heavy rain outside. The living room has all the dining ware that you’ll need, and a nice big dining table to spread your feast out. Location is very convenient as the alleys nearby are filled with food stalls at night. Service is excellent, we asked for extra hand towels and hand soap, they provided that to our room while we went out. The receptionist mentioned to us that even after check out, we are welcome to rest in the 6/F living room before we had to leave, which is very nice. On a side note: BMS cafe nearby is excellent for western breakfast and coffee, we went there for both mornings during our stay.
