The reception Staffs need more trainning and need to be polite to customers. Provide breakfast and late snack, which is plus poin of this hotel. They provide laundry facilities free and 24hrs. Lucky, we get carpark when we stay.

Hotel staff are polite, helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide spread of food for the complimentary snack. Would highly recommend the passionfruit beer (welcome drink).😋 Breakfast has a good selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

It was great staying at Kindness Day Hotel again. The staff is friendly. The drinks coupon + the dinner they offer make them stand out. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staffs, the room was small but decent. Breakfast, supper, and alcoholic beverages were included. The hotel is conveniently located in the West Central District, within walking distance of Wusheng Night Market and Guohua Street. The only downside was the rather dim lighting in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at this family friendly hotel. The room was a bit smaller than expected but had all the amenities we could wish for. We enjoyed a separate room for our preschool aged children. The hotel provided an ice cream bar, drinks including beer and juice, late night snacks and of course breakfast. The kids enjoyed the traffic playground a 5 min walk from the hotel.

We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel. The staff were very kind, and the private underground parking was a plus. We loved the free evening snacks, ice cream, and drink at the bar — a nice touch if you don’t want to stay in your room. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything was well organized despite the crowds. The relaxed vibe and late check-out made it even better. Highly recommend for a stay in Tainan — would definitely book again!
