It very convenient for location & reliable address. It besides ****** if not with children, so we are okay. There also have car park but 40twd charges but we don't have car so we just skip it. The location from train station was mostly near like 15 minu.
When we there was no room for 3 ppl so they just give us 4 ppl room. It so comfortable & relaxing as there have long bathroom. However there was no aircon 11am - 1 pm

民宿靠近孔廟、赤崁樓。因對路段不熟悉，尋路時走錯路但看到不少古蹟（小確幸）。
民宿轉角處有辛巴克、麥當勞、政大書城、九乘九文具店；便利商店需行走約5分鐘，有點距離。
民宿內部入口處長廊，約兩人肩並肩進出寬度，隔音不是很好，會聽到隔壁稍大音量的說話聲。房間內有小氣窗。
熱水出水很快，水溫，水壓穩定。
傳說中的樓梯可成為打卡景點，真的很筆直；爬上去或下樓梯時會自主小心。
民宿位於小巷子內，計程車停車不太方便。
整體來說滿意，與價格相符。

The hotel is on a bus route between the Tainan Railway Station and Fort Zeelandia. It occupies several floors of a building with plenty of eateries around. The room is clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. It serves a ********* breakfast buffet, including traditonal congee and buns, that may not suit the palate of some westerners. Personally,I pefer some western dishes like fried eggs and bacon. The staff is efficient and courteous in answering my enquiries about the public transport. In any event, I will consider staying in this hotel again.

Very very friendly staff that always greet you with a smile whether you are going out of return from outside. Room feels clean and cosy. Even the electric kettle they provide felt super clean 😊
There are a few place to chill around the area and also good food nearby, plus morning market is just beside and there is a night market at walking distance.
However, most of the tourist attraction are abit out of the way and taking taxi is the easiest and fastest way. The staff can help to call a taxi but sometimes returning is harder to get a taxi

但手機充電的部分，很掉漆，
床頭的三組充電都不能用（一組插座、兩組USB孔），
雖然櫃台有很盡力的想辦法，
但最後只能使用電視後面唯一能用的一組USB，
害我整晚只能開著電視睡覺（一關就停止充電），

如果你考慮的是有誠意的平實住房，那麼你可以繼續往下看，
說他是平實住房，是因為－
1.硬體設備及裝潢老舊改造不易，所以住宿費相對低廉，因此這方面不用太苛責。
2.設備舊歸舊，雙層的隔音窗，雖不能讓外面車水馬龍完全靜音，但已不會影響室內的寧靜與睡眠。
2.就房間清潔度來看，我不能說整個房間全部一塵不染，但也都有一般的水準。
說他有誠意，是因為(相對於硬體的改善困難)－
1.他在配備上表示他的誠意，例如：USB充電插座、對流電風扇、小型保險櫃、桌上型LED化粧燈鏡、柔細花灑蓮蓬頭、不會忽冷忽熱的強勁熱水、靠背淋浴椅、保溫電熱水壺......，
你可能覺得這有麼特別嗎?這不都是最基本的嗎?在一般的飯店可能都是基本的配備，但是對於還用壓克力鑰匙串和喇叭鎖，有歲月的飯店來說這就是他的誠意。
2.他在服務上表示他的誠意，霄夜免費泡麵、餅乾現場不怕你吃，最晚退房時間訂在12:00，讓你行程上更有時間的彈性。
最後，
最致命的缺點也要讓你知道，
對於不吸煙的人來說，
老舊飯店的中央空調和房內殘留的煙味絕對是個致命傷，
如果飯店業者除了道德勸說外，能有更有效的處理方式，我想應該會得到更多客人得肯定。
附帶的我還要說一下櫃台人員的服務誠意，
礙於對煙味的敏感，checkin時，櫃台人員拿了三間房間鑰匙讓我挑房間。
礙於對樓上客房小孩的跑跳聲敏感，櫃台人員在善意提醒無改善後，直接幫我換房間，雖然我已經使用了房間的設備。
即便12:00退了房要在附近用餐，櫃台人員還是笑容滿面的同意汽車可以暫停，吃飽再開走就可以了。
所以我說
這飯店是有誠意的平實住房

This hostel is converted from a second hand bookstore. The interiors are amazing. Parts of the building look like a library. Other parts look like a private library mixed with beds. Check in was relatively simple and the staff went through the procedure of describing the hostel and all the facilities. There are two types of beds. One is a private dorm with fewer beds and the other in open space. I stayed in one of the smaller dorms but I wish I stayed in open space because it looked so much more awesome. The beds were arranged capsule style with a privacy curtain at the end of the bed. There was a private light, an electrical point and a USB port. The mattress was firm asian style, but comfortable. Each floor had separate boys and girls bathrooms. I was on the second floor. The bathroom there had three toilets and three shower cubicles. The toilets had Japanese style automated geysers. The bathrooms were super clean throughout my stay as were the grounds of the hostel. The reception was on the ground floor, where there was also a common area designed to look like a library. This was a super cool area to sit. Overall, I had a super stay. The staff are nice and friendly who are ready to help with anything. The location is close to all the main attractions in the city and about a 20 minutes walk to Tainan Station, although there’s buses that stop close by from the station anyway.

PPengguna TetamuSomer Hotel is a gem of a place to stay in Tainan. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay, one being the tatami room and one Western hotel style. Both were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. My favorite part was the snack and drink tray provided and refilled each night so that guests can try delicious ********* food. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious. You do have to reserve the time you want to eat, but that prevents long lines and crowding during the meal. The lounge where breakfast is served is also a nice place to hang out or do work outside of the hotel room. Other amenities like wifi and the bathroom products provided were great. Service was really good and the staff was extremely welcoming and helped us to call a taxi when we needed one. The hotel is in a great location and is easily walkable to historical landmark Chikan Tower and numerous restaurants and markets. I would definitely recommend Somer Hotel as a home base for exploring or even somewhere to take naps and relax while experiencing all the amazing food that Tainan has to offer.

LLeanderThe men's sauna is very nice. We've tried the swimming pool and gym as well. The facilities are nicely maintained, totally worth the price. Upper level rooms do not have a bathtub, which is the only thing that we think is unfortunate during our stay, oh and the pillow service seems to be very limited, we started our night on Friday, but it was already rented out.

少少林華I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant.
First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge.
Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned.
Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef.
I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

PPengguna TetamuLocation was inconvenient especially if you do not drive. The public transport is a bit far from the hotel. Taxi service not available for short distance. We took the taxi from the hotel to Chiayi HSR which cost NT1,200.
Guests stayed at the hotel only allowed one visit per stay per person. To fully enjoy all the facilities for both floors, it will take at least 3 hours. The swimming pool was closed for renovation.
Breakfast selection was rather disappointing.

the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable size
the hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out..
i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast too
location of the hotel is slightly inside a residential area not in sight from outside the road.. quiet and serene
oh they have ample parking lots underground the hotel or juz outside the hotel @ a low hourly rate
overall i would recommend stay at this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻

559543347Tainan suffers from horrific urban sprawl and pathetic public transit. Make sure your hotel is close to where you want to be, or you will spend a small fortune in taxi fares. Wei-Yat is an aging hotel that is convenient to Anping old street and many of the historic attractions of Tainan. The room is a bit sp**** with limited lighting options, but otherwise OK.

CCuiping這次入住標準四人房，房間跟網站照片展示的空間一樣大，廁所也很大，還有浴缸可以讓小孩玩水，蓮蓬頭水壓夠、水溫穩定。房間的清潔也如同網友說的很乾淨、沒有異味。至於隔音，我們住7樓，並沒有遇到隔音不良的問題。
旅店一樓大廳有飲水機、咖啡機，還有桌椅、沙發方便帶外食回來時和朋友一起共餐聊天。停車場很近，附近生活機能方便。
Trip.com訂房後我們有加旅店Line，入住前有什麼問題直接聯繫很方便。入住期間若有問題櫃台人員都會親切回覆，很有溫度的一間旅店，下次來台南還會想來住。
