飯店附近只有善化夜市，交通上不太方便。附近有景觀只是園林景觀。
謝謝酒店有生日禮物跟佈置，含早餐跟夜宵，非常好吃。
泳池的環境很一般，太多樹葉跟羽毛，需要加強清理。
樓層有水機但沒有熱水，有點扣分。
如果有小孩可以加錢參加玩焢窯、菜園採摘無毒蔬果、玩漆彈、釣魚等活動。
樓下只有貴一點的港式點心餐廳，但味道還是不錯。
住的時候，如果肚子餓樓下還是有餅乾糖果飲料吃到飽。
非常建議，如果自己從善化火車站下站，大家還是先早一天跟酒店預約接駁專車（免費），不然的話自己拖著行李要經過一條長樓梯。

Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was a very grand and pleasant hotel. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree and they let us check in early. There were 38 floors which was impressive and the room was big and bright. The beds were comfy and the TV had YouTube and Netflix with many other channels.
However, there was some dust on the cupboards and the sofa bed needed money to be turned into a bed. There were many food places near the hotel as well. But go to Anping, Garden night market or Da Tung night market need to take taxi.
Overall, Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was enjoyable for my family.

Fantastic hotel. Very grand and nice interior decor. Great service people especially Charlie Huang who is very helpful , friendly and polite. Superb lication. Can walk to many places and morning market which is a myst see in tainan. Greatly recommended!

It was good in general. Staff are kind and helpful. Love the welcome cookies and candies ~ the room looks like the photos on the website. The room is a bit dusty and the bathroom is a bit not maintaining very well. Location was good, not far away from the Main Street.

Room was spacious and clean but decor a bit dated (esp the bedside lamps)
Service was helpful and attentive.
Location quite far from Tainan HSR. Can take free shuttle bus and alight at Koxinga Shrine stop.

聽身邊的親朋好友都說住康橋的許多優點後，這次藉由和老公從北玩到南的機會，到了台南後就立即選擇康橋商旅民生館，起初發現台南有3間康橋，之所以會選擇此館是因為覺得只住一晚而已，故不需特別需要宵夜方面的服務，除了沒有宵夜外，冰淇淋、小點心（餅乾）、咖啡和茶都是可以一直吃一直喝。冰淇淋有很多口味：香草、抹茶、瑞士巧克力、牛奶焦糖、巧克力……等；小點心（餅乾）共有3種，每天都會不一樣。
check in後，第一個是發現電梯空間很迷你，無法容納很多人，所以有時電梯會需要等待，第二是發現房間很特別，一共有兩個門，進房後環境是很乾淨，空間不會覺得小。
房間冷氣就像其他人敘述的一樣：很冷，可是我在半夜時卻會被熱醒，因為或許有人去反應，所以發現冷氣冷度有比剛check in時風量小，除了這個問題外，就沒有其他發現了！
康橋民生館有專屬的停車場，但數量有限，要預定前最好先打電話問，再來就是如果check in後會再開車離開，是不能保證回康橋停車場是有位置的，這一切都要注意！

value for money. 24 hours' ice cream, tea and coffee is great to travellers. The front desk officers are friendly and helpful. The officer knew that we were going to use the laundry and he accompanied us. He is a great assistance to us. Thanks for the caring of the staff. One thing needs to aware is that the cafe has limited space, better to phone to enquire the seating availability before going to have buffet breakfast.

A family oriented hotel so solo travelers might felt a bit ignored. Adding a coffee machine at the lobby would be very helpful.
They follow Japanese check in check out hours and also quite strict about it… I think that’s the biggest downside of the hotel. You will have to wait exactly after 3pm for the room and out in 11 even they are not full.
Otherwise the room and location is good, would recommend.

Their exceptional service truly sets the tone for a remarkable experience. I must also mention the impeccable clean rooms and excellent amenities that further enhance the overall stay. Special appreciation goes to the Duty Manager, Sue Su, whose friendly and helpful nature has been a standout feature, enhancing the overall warmth and hospitality of Aloft. PPengguna TetamuSomer Hotel is a gem of a place to stay in Tainan. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay, one being the tatami room and one Western hotel style. Both were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. My favorite part was the snack and drink tray provided and refilled each night so that guests can try delicious ********* food. The breakfast provided was varied and delicious. You do have to reserve the time you want to eat, but that prevents long lines and crowding during the meal. The lounge where breakfast is served is also a nice place to hang out or do work outside of the hotel room. Other amenities like wifi and the bathroom products provided were great. Service was really good and the staff was extremely welcoming and helped us to call a taxi when we needed one. The hotel is in a great location and is easily walkable to historical landmark Chikan Tower and numerous restaurants and markets. I would definitely recommend Somer Hotel as a home base for exploring or even somewhere to take naps and relax while experiencing all the amazing food that Tainan has to offer.

YYapJunHad a very memorable stay at Lakeshore. Hotel was comfy and decent size. Location is very good. Easily accessible to all the touristy spots. Right opposite the hotel has plenty of beautiful photo spots too. Booked the hotel for our pre-wedding photoshoot and even the local photographer commended on the room and location. Love it. Buffet breakfast was also decent with wide variety of choices.

少少林華I stayed in this hotel in this April, which is a wonderful experience. Thus, I brought my family (total 4) to stay in this hotel again. Unfortunately, the experience of this time is not pleasant.
First of all, as i m the IHG member, I am entitled to have welcome drink. Last time, we can drink in the lobby lounge, but this time, the waitress declined us to take the drink at the lounge and requested us to take away the drinks. Whats ridiculous?! The welcome drink is offered by the hotel, but i m not wrlcome to drink at the lounge.
Secondly, the cleaning service is not pleasant, two cups in my room have not been cleaned.
Thirdly, the food serving of beef soup is very unsatisfactory. I don't understand why I requested to have more soup and got a black face from the chef.
I spent over US$600 for two nights, but seems not be welcomed from the lounge nor restaurant. I would not recommend others to stay in this luxury but not welcome hotel

The staff members' hospitality, understanding, and listening for their professional performance are the facts that need to be stressed.
The location in a giant sports park is desirable and attractive for the scenery. The pagoda beside the park is not frightening at all!
The cleanness of the room and restaurant is just lovely. I enjoy the choices in breakfast, and the chic environment is a plus for customers to try.

MMichelle ElziraWe cannot stop our praises for this hotel! We intended to just stay the night and explore a little of Tainan before heading to Kaoshiung. The friendly staff engaged us in conversation and shared so passionately about Tainan that we decided to stay an extra day/night in Tainan. They even planned our itinerary for us. We are thankful for the value-added service of helping us warm up our food (we bought food as our stomachs had limited capacity) in the mornings/nights. We got the double room with no window but hardly felt suffocated as the room was spacious, spotless and sooo comfortable. The carpark was a short 3min walk away. We enjoyed the facilities, but what caught our hearts was the heartwarming service from the staff. We do not have the habit of asking to take a photo with hotel staff, but for this hotel, we asked to as we wanted to remember the wonderful experience we had here.

PPengguna TetamuLove this place and the friendly owner/staffs, they provide us additional cup noodles in case the shops nearby close early due to New Year countdown celebration. They have been very patience with my queries as well and friendly to share what we can do in tainan also. it's a special vintage design room with spiral staircase up to the bed with TV. Not very soundproof since its a historic building. Lights can be controlled from the top as well. Toilet does not come with a door but there's curtain and bindings to roll down when in use. Location is pretty near Mazu Temple and guangong temple for people who want to visit and walkable distance of 10 to 15mins to Shen Nong Street.
Do visit hayashi department store which is also walkable from the stay and it's the first departmental store in TaiNan which I heard, it sells many interesting stuffs.

PPengguna TetamuStrategically placed in the center of Tainan City, smack bang middle of the transportation hub. It is right behind the Main bus stations (North and South) which all buses in the city stop by (some start from those stations), so it would be very convenient for you to get around. As for the Train Station, it is a 3 minute walk from the hotel, which makes easier for people to travel further but still feel close enough to comeback. The hotel it self its pretty okay. The beds are clean and soft, they have a big bathroom, and spacious rooms for the most of it. For a budget hotel, i think its about worth it. The only downsides in my opinion are the windows, they layered them with black stickers and leave maybe a 10-20 cm gap that we can see through. Though it was buildings only buildings outside, feeling that you have more window view wouldn't be so bad. And the other thing, is the walls are a bit thinner, so it could not contain our noise neither our neighbours. Still, I understand that's a trade off. Overall, It's an okay place to stay.

When we there was no room for 3 ppl so they just give us 4 ppl room. It so comfortable & relaxing as there have long bathroom. However there was no aircon 11am - 1 pm
