Ulasan Tomorrow Hotel

I had a disappointing experience at Tomorrow Hotel and do not recommend staying here. Firstly, at check-in, the staff attempted to bribe guests with F&B vouchers in exchange for positive Google reviews. I declined the vouchers and questioned how I could leave a good review without even having stayed in the room. Secondly, I was initially given a room on the second floor at the end of the walkway. The door would not open despite several attempts, requiring me to return to the receptionist to request a room change. The second room on the third floor was accessible, but I was tired and frustrated by then, as it was past 9 PM. To make matters worse, one of the two bath towels was stained, as shown in the pictures and video I've uploaded. It was disgusting and unacceptable to reuse stained towels, even if they had been cleaned. In the bathroom, I found two strands of hair stuck to the showerhead, indicating poor cleaning standards. If such obvious signs of uncleanliness were overlooked, it made me question the overall hygiene of the hotel. Additionally, my friend and I felt unsafe. Upon entering through the side entrance, we were subjected to lewd stares from non-hotel patrons using the hotel’s seating area. Later, there was a violent altercation involving two men covered in blood at the main entrance. The police were called, as evidenced by the photo I uploaded. This incident highlighted another major issue: the hotel's CCTV cameras were not operational. This lack of security made me feel very unsafe, knowing there would be no evidence if any theft or break-in occurred. Overall, my stay at Tomorrow Hotel was unpleasant, and I do not recommend this hotel.
