Ulasan Hotel HD Palace Taipei

Reached Taipei on the day of the typhoon and the owner is very kind to allow me early checkin. Very good service with ********* friendliness….

Such a great place to surround taipei. The location is not too far from Taipei 101 and Taipei Medical University. Overall room is good, and nice staff

The price I paid for this Hotel HD Palace was more expensive than the one I stay earlier on in the same month in Taipei city very near to train station. The amenities are great n the location of that hotel is anytime much better than Hotel HD Palace

The female service staff at reception (and restaurant - they were the same people trying to multi task) were unfriendly, with poor customer service. No fruits nor choice of fresh milk or soy milk or juices for breakfast. Selection and portion was also small. Remember to bring your own toiletries as none were provided. Not even the most basic hand soap for the wash basin area.

Breakfast is a voucher to redeem at MOS Burger nearby, which is kinda limited and inconvenient.

Comfortable if aging hotel with friendly service. Nice view of Taipei 101, very comfortable room, and spacious bathroom with bathtub.

To be fair to this hotel, the location is very good, the service at the reception is very good, and the rooms are quite nice. I was even upgraded to a small suite. Otherwise, however, the hotel does not merit 4 stars; 2,5* is the most I would give it. It is terribly aged and requires urgent renovation. Things were literally falling apart in my room. The breakfast, which was allegedly included in my booking, was a total outrage. It consisted of bread, butter, marmelade and coffee. Some other hotel guests who came down to breakfast decided clearly to go out upon seeing what the hotel was offering. Never again!

The service is amazing and so welcoming. Breakfast is the meal coupon of a restaurant around the hotel.

The room was quite old, but the speakers in bathroom was pretty cool. You’ll get mosburger as breakfast about 2mins walk away

It looked a bit old outside but the room was clean and beautiful. Good staff, great location. Free breakfast ticket at MOS BURGER was included on the first day.

hmmmm..... this is hotel is connected to a bar. I think that should say enough. TV did not work, no iron, no breakfast..... Place is shabby....
