The Royal Biz Hotel was really clean and the ambiance of the place was really relaxing. It's relatively quiet. All of the staff were respectful and helpful. They answer questions quickly, they're very accommodating, and they always refill all the toiletries. The free breakfast was healthy and fulfilling enough.
It's just a little far away from the famous Taipei spots but overall it's a great experience for me and my friends!

A mix of positives and areas for improvement. The hotel is well-located, making it a convenient base for my activities. Cleanliness and functionality were evident, with my room being notably spacious and well-equipped for a comfortable stay.
However, the room’s decor was somewhat dreary and outdated, which detracted from the overall ambience. On a positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep without any disturbances.
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which added to the pleasantness of my stay. Unfortunately, there was an exception during breakfast times. A particular man displayed a noticeable lack of interest in guest welfare. On two occasions, he saw me struggling to open the terrace door and did not offer to help, even walking past me once when I was clearly in need of assistance with my hands full. This behavior suggested a disregard for guest service.
On a lighter note, the hotel features a charming micro-garden at the back, which was a delightful place to relax.
In summary, while the hotel does not necessarily inspire a “wow” factor, it maintains the essentials for a practical and generally comfortable business stay.
