The room was not very clean, but the location of this hotel is good. Close to the MRT station and just opposite Ximending for shopping and eating. Room service was provided every day, which I thought was good. The laundry room is open from 10am to 10pm, which I thought was not very friendly, as we might do laundry after returning to the hotel at night. The hotel wifi is stable.

Midtown Richardson has a great location, conveniently close to public transport and major attractions. However, the room itself was quite small, and while it was okay overall, it didn’t stand out in terms of comfort or amenities. It’s a decent option if you prioritize location over space.

Good location, a few minutes walk to Ximending mrt & shopping street. The double bed mattress sagged in the middle. Free breakfast buffet and selection is ok.

It is a very good hotel, clean, good service, fast check-in, no need to wait long. I will come back here again 🥰

Room is quite spacious with two double beds The WiFi was very poor in 1st assigned room, hotel was helpful to arrange another room. Overall is a good and big traditional hotel, but the cleaning should need to do better in general

We had a great stay. Walking distance to train stations and Ximenting. Wide selections for breakfast buffet but mostly chinese foods. No bacon :( Rooms are in decent size for 4 adults.

Hotel and Location was nice . Just found out though that they dont provide toothbrush and toothpaste anymore - so bring your own. Bottled water is only provided on first day but you can refill on their water dispenser . Disregard photo

Room is a tad small for single traveller. If you have a large lugguage. Toilet is good size almost half of the room size . Location wise is perfect just beside karaoke and near to train station exit 4 and 5. Food is easily located nearby . Con - wifi cannot make it . If you need to work , this hotel cannot as the wifi will drive you crazy . I think the servers cannot cope with large number of paxs staying there using at the same time . Front counter staff - Manuel is friendly and helpful . Appreciate his assistance when I needed a box and tape. Fruitful advise given. No amenities is provided but 7-11 is just by the corner and pastry shop and all. Post office is super near if you need to buy boxes.

Very near to the MRT station, and Ximending is right opposite the hotel. Just cross the road, and you’ll find plenty of food and shopping options. The hotel room is not very big, but it’s still spacious enough for you to open your luggage comfortably.

Room is spacious with 1 king size bed and a sofa with it. Allow to open 2 luggage at the same time. The downside is that it was centralise aircon and doesnt come with a heater. If you happen to come during the winter season, do bring a long a pair of extra heat clothing as you will need it. Location wise, MRT is just a few minutes walk and is close to the XiMengDing. Our stay comes with a breakfast option.

Two drawbacks stood out: soundproofing could be improved, as hallway noise was occasionally audible, and the shower’s design led to water splashing. However, these were outweighed by the hotel’s strengths. For budget-conscious travelers, its value-for-money pricing and perks like free luggage storage make it ideal for extended shopping sprees in Ximending. Centrally located within 3 minutes walk to the metro. Close proximity to Ximending and night market. Amenities basic. Service is on point. Now the cons, elevators may take a long time - few available for a busy hotel and the banquet hall for breakfast was a daily chaos. Hotel could use better pillows and mattresses. Not impressed with WiFi connectivity and speed.
