Had a cozy stay experience! Was at a good location too! The cleanliness was great and it's mainly self-service so wasn't much of a hassle

I think this place was a really good find. All other comparable hotels were £15+ more per night, and honestly I was really impressed with my stay. Pros: - Simple check-in process. If no one is there, they have a machine that releases a card and it's super straightforward. - Great location and it felt like it was in the action, without being too busy. - Nice and modern designed. The property does have some flaws (see below) but the nice design made you feel like you were staying in somewhere a lot classier. I think the bathroom was newly renovated too, which helped. - The kitchen (microwave, kettle, water dispenser etc) was really useful. Cons: - The room was quite small, although the bathroom felt spacious. - The walls were quite thin and I did hear some noise from others in the property (hairdryers etc). Aside from this though, the building is really peaceful and most of the time I felt like I was the only one living there. Overall, I would definitely recommend here and would stay again.

Location is good, subway station is nearby. It is a bit confusing to find the entrance for the first time. It would have been better to get the instructions beforehand. Self check-in, it is a little chaotic to check in/leave luggage if you arrive outside of regular check-in hours.

綜合而言，這個旅舍是很好的，價錢便宜，乾淨，床枕頭舒服，位置也很方便，自助check in check out也很方便，浴室的通風乾燥系統很棒，缺點就是洗澡的水壓太弱了、水溫也有忽冷忽熱的情況出現，導致整個洗澡的時間需要加長。

非常之差的體驗。晚上到拿到203房卡，結果一開門有一個穿內褲的男人躺在床上，嚇死加尷尬死。打電話俾客服就只有不停話無可能，話遙控部機俾多張503房卡我。結果掉下來的是205號房，而今次房入面是個女的。又再致電客服攪一大輪，又話叫我直接去502房佢遙距開門。當時已經十點幾，我話啱啱落機要出去買嘢食，客服話半個鐘到。結果等咗個半鐘到23:38先有人拎房卡俾我。太差太差絕對不能接受

首先 沒有人幫忙check in 明明到了入住時間 系統仍然顯示房間正在打掃。。。。。。 因為沒有台灣電話號碼 根本就不能聯絡任何相關人士 讓人非常非常無助 身為旅客遇上這樣的情況真的很無言 就連LINE都沒有人回應 還有在1500前要回到飯店要有密碼 這個在入住時並沒有任何說明🤬🤬🤬 只有下了樓後不能回到飯店後 非常無助 飯店是有責任確保這些資訊是有與入住的客人說明 WIFI的密碼也沒有提供🙄 房間隔音超差 床太軟 一切都很差 不推薦❌

整體滿意，乾淨、衛生、安全，熱水爐 比較慢熱，有蚊子（其實是正常，因為我有開窗），下次會考慮再入住。

旅社在地下沒有大堂也沒有reception, 而辦理check in 的自助匙機設於6/F, 但由於通往6/F的升降機是鎖著的, 必須透過line 通知職員開升降機鎖, 很不方便 Check in 時全自動匙機又遇到固障, 結果到達旅社後超過40分鐘才能進房！ 洗手間的馬桶沒有方置草紙, 大便後如何清潔？自己研究一吓吧！

環境整潔，設備先進，且非常適合i人居住。

首先説一下入住，18：00之後就沒有前台服務，我們晚上10多到了之後辦理自助入住，自助入住流程倒是沒問題，但是説明寫的是需要打電話拿房卡，我們辦理完打電話，説已經到了房間門口，服務人員也沒説是遠程開門，就説到門口聯繫，我們打電話就説到門口了，然後就在門口等待送房卡（期間我還思考為什麼不是遠程開鎖），等了將近十分鐘都沒消息，又打電話才説給遠程開鎖！！大半夜真的很氣人！ 都辦完去住難道我們不拿房卡還要出去溜達嗎，當然是儘快開門！也沒有服務，全程就是等待我們聯繫！ 再説到打掃，説需要line聯繫，我們沒有，特意上樓上前台説了需要收垃圾清掃，前台説可以，但是晚上回來房間根本沒收拾！服務人員真是一點服務心態沒有！真心不推薦！ 有窗的房間二樓窗外就是馬路，馬路對面直接能看進來房裡，窗簾根本不能打開！ 總結，差評！差評！不推薦！

寝るだけであれば問題なし。だが、エアコンの効きが悪く寒かった。

窗簾發黴, 房間的換氣故障. 自助入住沒毛病但有事情打電話根本找不到人. 網上預交了房費自助退房時設備竟然還叫我交房費, 打電話依舊找不到值班人員, 最後打電話找到網上客服還狀況外... 可能是攜程訂房和台灣酒店不同步吧, 但有問題時打電話找不到酒店人員實在令人惱火. 櫃枱旁提示的值班人員電話根本沒人接!!
