Ulasan Aloft Taipei Zhongshan

地點方便，服務不錯，也很新。但酒店臨時告知不提許多設施和服務，感到被擺一道。停車場也不提供住客使用只外租實在太小器了。

위치, 서비스, 깨끗함, 편안함, 조용함에서 모두 만족함. 조식이 특히 맛있음. 직원들의 서비스가 매우 세심함. 피트니스 설비가 새것으로 잘 갖춰져 있음. 주변에 편의점들이 많음. 셀프 세탁실과 자전거대여 서비스가 없는것은 아쉬움.

這是我踏入萬豪集團第一間飯店，雅樂軒品牌在我心中地位無可取代，中山雅樂軒是第一，縱使之後住過其他間飯店，桃紅色特殊顏色跟Logo早以深烙印在我內心，住過非常多次了，趁著一月份來台北渡假時候多拍一些照片才能撰寫評論 住了多年的飯店已經很少讓我可以評論滿分的飯店囉!! 中山雅樂軒一樓大廳非常小，不過不影響check in的部分，相較其他間氣派大廳，我會找不到電梯方向。客房區域採用完全黑色系列，會有種科技感，只是黑色系列在光線折射下容易看到附著的薄薄灰塵，我喜歡03位置的客房，正好可以俯瞰後面晴美夜市的人潮，客房區域非常簡單，面對前面民權東路的有浴缸，靠近後面雙城街的都是淋浴。雅樂軒品牌不支援升等這塊，所以很常看到有白金以上會員褒貶不一的評論，備品Dry Bar濃郁香氣令人愛不釋手，早餐跟晚間酒吧都是同一空間位於十七樓，目前晚間酒吧還沒有經常性營業實屬可惜。早餐的內容性也較匱乏但是有煎蛋服務可以彌補，客房內毛茸茸的浴袍觸感非常好，相較台南雅樂軒套房才有提供，北投雅樂軒是根本不知道什麼等級房間才有(我也根本懶的問)，但是至少三家前臺人員在外表、談吐、禮儀態度上，中山雅樂軒根本完勝，更別提交通便利就在中山國小捷運站旁邊，比起另外兩家一間要開車才能到另一間在北投跟奇岩中間奇怪的位置上，中山雅樂軒依然完勝。

The location is good with a lot of eateries nearby and 5min walk to a night market with full of local food.

Jan 28, 2024 This is our 3rd time at the Aloft Taipei Zhongshan (January 12-23, 2024)…and the 1st time I have written a follow-up review of a place/hotel we had stayed before. Each stay has been better than the previous one. Kudos to the front desk crew (Aloft staff are their “Talent”) as they are situated—and stand most of the time—in a 270-degree fish bowl-like floor-to-ceiling glass lobby that exposes them to hotel guests, outside traffic and pedestrians. They are always cognizant of guests coming and going and greeted us with smiles (even behind face masks) each time. Housekeeping, as always, was attentive (eg, changed towels and provided water bottles daily), but the kicker was the friendliness and the service-oriented nature of the staff on the 17th floor lounge each morning. While breakfast was mostly self-service for the guests, they cleared off used/empty plates at a blink of an eye and cleaned off and set tables efficiently and timely for the next guests once the previous guests had departed. Yes, one morning, the staff forgot entirely about our eggs orders (for whatever reasons) and...after a few gentle reminders...we only got our eggs after a 25-minute wait, glitches happen and no one is perfect. For that, they were apologetic stretching to next morning's breakfast. What we enjoyed most about the Aloft Taipei Zhongshan, aside from its cleanliness and nicely-sized rooms, is its location, its proximity (to great ********* food) and accessibility to public transportation. Unlike previous stays at this Aloft, we discovered that there is a direct bus to/from the Taoyuan Airport. The very comfortable bus…where one could grab it a mere 3 minute walk from the Aloft and at NT$93 per person…makes the trip to the airport in about 55 minutes; that is roughly the same time as taking the MRT (or a taxi) to Taipei Main Station and then transferring to a train to the airport. This is a great selling/marketing point for the Aloft that they should capitalize on, especially with non-********* visitors to Taipei. Yes…we would definitely stay at the Aloft Taipei Zhongshan on our next trip to Taipei…

Much nicer rooms and much more friendly staff than the Alofts that you typically find in the USA. This particular location has a small but functional gym near the top floor (very clean, a few cardio machines, a sit up bench, just no weights) with nice views over the city. The rooms are spacious (for the location) and clean with a great modern set up. The hotel is also SUPER conveniently located very very close to Shuang Cheng Jie Night Market. It is about 4-5min away by walking. At night, it's a small night market that opens fairly late (some stalls will stay open beyond midnight whereas many other night markets start wrapping up around midnight), and by day, there are many other day time stalls and restaurant options open. It is also located near many banks, and the hotel is located on a MRT line, which makes transportation super convenient. The hotel is about 10min away from the closest MRT station. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Highly recommended for anyone be it work, family or couple. Each and every staff that I have encountered at Aloft has got an excellent attitude. I feedback to front desk regarding the shampoo pump in my room not working well, and they immediately attended to me next and even drop a letter at my door to inform that they had attended to the issue. I will definitely return back here again!

MRT中山区小が最寄ですが、民権西路というもっと大きな駅も利用可能。バス停もホテルが面する大通りにあり、台北駅や三越がある中心地へもアクセス良好。チェックインの時からアウトまで受付の対応は終始笑顔で非常に好感を持てました。日本からの女性ゲスト２名ということで、バスタブ付きのお部屋を用意していると説明がありました（全部屋の設置ではない）。現地で郵便局を使ったことがなく、方法が分からなかったので「小包を発送したいのですが...」と相談すると、箱まで用意してくれ、嫌な顔せずサポートしていただけました。ホテル上階にあるバーはクローズ中で残念でしたが、裏通りの方に24時間営業の屋台エリアがあり、朝昼晩で開くお店は違いますが、何かしらの食べ物は手に入り、ファミマもあってとても便利です。日本のAloftの価格を考えると、とてもリーズナブル。Aloft体験したい方にもいいと思います。台北再訪するときはまた利用したいです。

wanted to share my positive experience confirming my hotel stay with Ms. Gerie and her team. During our email conversation, I mentioned my preference for soft pillows. To my pleasant surprise, upon check-in, I found a wonderfully comfortable pillow waiting for me in my room. It was a thoughtful gesture that made me feel appreciated as a guest!

Tip top condition . Thumbs up!

I arrived at 2.30 pm and was told to wait until 5 pm for a room with view. When I came Back at 5, I was told to wait for another 45 mins to an hour for the room as it’s not ready. As a platinum member, not only was there no recognition apart from the free breakfast.. but to be subjected to such a long wait is clearly not acceptable.
