Ulasan Place X Hotel

Overall quite a good stay just the amenities provided not as describe. No slippers/tea coffee pot/ kettle. Besides, the towel provided is tore and has hole. I do not inform the staff since i still can use it. The blanket is small for two people, need to squeeze in when sleeping. Wifi password need to be updated. If i use the phone to call receptionist, no one answer. Like the hotel location and cleanliness.

This is my second time staying at Hotel X Place, and it’s even better than the first. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and cozy, and the overall ambiance is really relaxing. The location is unbeatable.. just a short walk from Taipei 101, making it perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Truly a hotel worth returning to..

The nightstand and lamps were very dusty, and the comforter seemed a bit dirty, making my body itch when I used it.

Hotel location superb just walking distance to 101. The hotel is located at B1 all room without window.

Paid 17k PHP on New Year's eve but definitely not worth it. Good location because it is walking distance from Taipei 101 but the rooms are on the ground floor, wirings inside the room look unsafe and it's not clean. It's also a bit scary because there's an empty ceiling space above the shower space.

The location is a bit out of the way, but the staff service was quite good. Plus, there's a concert hall next door that you can visit for free, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel is situated in the basement with access via a staircase overlooking the traffic light intersection. Elevators are conveniently located in the main building facing the main road. Guests can enjoy daily complimentary water, and there is a designated pantry area for dining with the convenience of a microwave for guest use. Additionally, guests are treated to unlimited servings of grass jelly. We were there during the earthquake, it was a once a life time experience. Luckily we were safe!

The hotel was nice and also accessible.

The room layout was odd, but the space wasn't small. There were no windows, so we brought a fan. The air conditioning was very strong, and even the basement didn't smell. Having to take a photo of your passport and send it to Line for check-in was very troublesome. The front desk staff were also impatient, but their poor attitude was already known, so it wasn't surprising. The main entrance was frequently malfunctioning, making it impossible to enter or exit, and no one paid any attention. The management office had a notice stating that the building couldn't operate as a hotel, so it's unclear why it was still allowed to operate.
