The service is wonderful and helpful. They do have more upscale dining which I would try at least once but probably not more than that. The room is very clean. They have both a bathtub and shower. The beds are comfortable. The location is pretty good. It’s close to a night market and transportation.

Service not very good . As a 5 star hotel , many amenities dont have . So so only this hotel .

I hope I had selected another hotel for my family trip, but it was sold out of 3-bed rooms in other hotels, so this was the only reason I booked two 3-bed rooms with this hotel at the last moment for the New Year's holiday (Jan 2025). The hotel is aged, and we don't want to be foot-walking in the room at any single moment. There were almost no amenities, and it's true that there was no conditioner in the bathroom. I regret to share this as I was not cheap on room charges.

Nice hotel n good service, near to the mrt station n lots of food n night market within walking distance. Able to reach most of the tourist attractions by mrt. 7 eleven is just downstairs, great to grab supper or drinks.

Check in was very easy! Staff assisted with the check-in kiosk. Daily housekeeping is very consistent. Very satisfied with the view of Taipei from our room! Location is great as WanHua station is just next door with lots of food options within walking distance. Very value for money and will love to come back again! Staff was very proactive in answering my emails as I left a something behind in the room after checkout. Thank you very much! :)

Located at Wanhua station and 10 min away from Longshan Temple. Good location to travel around

4 person 1 room is big and comfortable, location near to monga night market and near 台铁。 the staff is friendly.

Room was big enough to open 1 large and 2 medium luggage with ease. Good views from the room too, tv was with Netflix. Very good service too, the calls to the front desk was always picked up promptly and items we needed was sent very fast. Small issue was only the bathroom door which we were not able to close fully. Very close to lungshan temple and also ximen mrt. There was a night market within walking distance too.

The train station is beside hotel,very convenient. There is convenience shop nearby also. The room is consider big! We booked a room for 3 pax, there is still large space for us to walk and put luggage. The shower and toilet bowl area is separated, so when you use toilet bowl area it is dry. A very nice design. The vanity area to dress up is very large also. Love the big space that given. Great thing about this hotel, it has Starbucks in their building! I will definitely recommend my friends & family to stay here.
