Great location, about a 5 min walk to the Metro station and around 8 min walk to the TRA station. About a 2 min walk to the raohe night market.
Relatively clean but some stains in the bathroom or under the sink. Room is quite dust free due to the air purifier in the room.
Basic hotel with not much facilities but they have washing facilities if clothes washing is needed.
Service can be improved with a difference of day and night staff. Felt that the night staff were more helpful in general with the day staff being quite standoffish and not really willing to assist, they were not even willing to help call a taxi and asked us to download Uber instead.

One of the best things about this hostel is its location.
It's conveniently located near an MRT station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Additionally, the Raohe Night Market is within walking distance. The facilities are acceptable. Although the elevator was functional, it appeared worn out aesthetically. As for the rooms, they were clean and tidy. We tried the mini-double room, classic, and deluxe room.
The staff were alright, although I didn't feel any warmth from them. The interaction felt purely transactional. The breakfast was decent, scoring a 3.5 out of 5. While it was nothing special, it was still acceptable.

The hotel itself pretty old. VERY HUMID!!! Smells like old water. Even tho they have dehumidifier, but still smells bad and u can see the water drops on the walls. March 20th was pretty cold, but the room after 6pm was 14C. Called on receptionist to help Me,they said they don’t have any heating system.
If you plan to sleep and your windows facing the street- u won’t sleep.
It’s some clubs and bars in the building so all night you will hear drama and woman yells and crying outside of the bars.
Moreover very loud cars that wants to speed up and make that loud sound.
Its fine for the money but I didn’t sleep well at all. Note it was Wednesday night and still loud people …
Maybe they should clean the shower better because you can see the discoloration, didn’t want to take a shower there…

My wife enjoys the swimming pool and gym . The location is close to MRT and bus stations, very convenient. most of all, there are many delicious and not expense restaurant in the walking distance of the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuOur favourite hotel in Taipei thus far! The hotel is clean, big and located near the Zhongshan MRT station, making it easy to travel around the area. Hotel staff was friendly and will greet us with a smile whenever we stepped past the reception area. Our room also comes with a view of Taipei 101, making it really enjoyable. Will highly recommend this hotel!

Tiada laluan pejalan kaki yang jelas dan bahaya berkongsi dengan kereta. Ia adalah kawasan renang yang lebih profesional. Orang yang tidak boleh berenang boleh meminjam pelampung tetapi tidak boleh. Sayang sekali menggunakan cincin renang. Terdapat diskaun untuk penginapan dan lawatan berpandu. Jika penginapan termasuk lawatan atau harga lebih rendah, jejak rahsia yang lebih baik adalah perjalanan sekali sahaja. Grand Hotel selesa dan boleh dikunjungi lagi. Stik Grand Mountain sedap.

Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down.
The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get.
Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price)
The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair treatment. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me).
So my insight from this trip is:
1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room
2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience

Terdapat banyak restoran yang tidak murah, dan saya makan 2380 + 10% restoran Thailand untuk 1 orang pada hari itu. Hidangan yang ditetapkan sama sekali tidak mengagumkan. Saya cadangkan anda memesannya.

It is located in the heart of Taipei City which makes going anywhere convenient, range between 15 mins - 30mins by cab.
The breakfast are well cooked, just don't expect much variations.
The service is really bad among the male employees. They shows an inpatient face & tone when I ask them for wifi password after check-in. And when there's problem in the my room, they expect me to fix it myself instead of sending a technician up. When I ask one of the old man, he quickly say 'No No', and leave. This is very bad.
I will not be glad to return.

SSharmaine Arby IliganThe hotel is very clean and the room that we booked for a couple of days was awesome. Staffs were kind and can speak english. They were very helpful and they won't let you wait longer when you arrive at the hotel. Their service was great. Complete toiletries, beautiful room. The bathroom is so spacious with hot and cold shower. There's a glass division, where the shower area is separated to the toilet area. Nice 🛁 and very comfortable. Our bed was so comfy and perfect for a rest after a long day of sightseeing and walking around taipei area. We had a wonderful experience in beauty hotel and definitely will come back again. By the way, the hotel has a nice small lounge and a section where you can make a coffee for free. Plus they also has a water refilling station so you don'tneed to buy water from outside. The location of the hotel is also perfect because it is near to Jiantan train station and surrounded with lots of restaurants, bakery, coffee and tea shop and 7 eleven.
