The location is convenient, very close to Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station. Breakfast options are limited. The staff were okay, and the room was relatively clean, although a bit old. However, the price was great, offering excellent value for money.

Extremely satisfied! The subway station is just a few steps away, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and hygienic. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it wasn't too noisy at night.

The hotel is located at a very good area, with lots of shops and cafes nearby. The room is spacious but with no window. The receptionist could be more helpful and friendly though.

Room is spacious. Location is very near train station, easy to get around while staying here. Nearest night market is Linjiang, can go there for dinner.

The room wasn't cleaned at all during my two-day stay. The trash cans weren't emptied, and the bathroom counter and bed were left untouched. The customer service staff had a terrible attitude; when I asked for help with an issue, they told me to handle it myself.

The soundproofing in the rooms is absolutely terrible. You can hear even the slightest conversations from other rooms, let alone anything louder. After asking the night staff to intervene, I still couldn't sleep until 4 AM. When I called the front desk to request a late check-out, as check-out is at 11:00 AM, the receptionist was incredibly rude. She insisted that any extension past 11 AM would incur an extra charge. Even after I explained the whole situation, she stuck to her guns, even mentioning that the night staff had also tried to resolve it. I was so furious I started swearing. This is a truly awful hotel.

Staying at this hotel for several times already. Love the location, a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. But it feels like breakfast is getting worse every year, rooms could have been cleaner, they really need some general cleaning because if you look anywhere not on top, it's really dusty.

The location is excellent, just above the metro station and there are lots of nice restaurants, convenience store nearby. I have stayed here for quite many times. The room is spacious, however I could see quite much of dusts on some part of the rooms the time , eg light switch, bedside table. The bed and washroom looked clean (which mattered most for me), I didn’t really stay in the room a lot, so I didn’t request for room change or extra cleaning.

Very central location!! Beats everything. If you are rich, go stay elsewhere. If not , I would book it again and again even if my ratings dont show. I was just rating the category factually but no amenities does not hurt me

Good location! Hotel without facilities. Convenient as nearby there is MRT station, opp is Uniqlo /GU, nearby there’s H&M, Mango, Zara.  Hotel provide basic amenities shower gel/shampoo.  Guest must get your own tooth brush , cotton pad etc.  Breakfast is decent, it changes everyday mostly local food, 2-3 westernize choices.

The hotel is located in the downtown and very close to MRT station. It is very convenient to find the good restaurants nearby the hotel. The room is bigger than our expectation and comfortable.

The location is incredibly convenient; the hotel is just a 2-minute walk from both the subway and bus stops. However, the hotel facilities are a bit dated, though thankfully clean and safe. The lobby staff were also very welcoming and helpful, assisting with quite a few issues.

The hotel is average but location is great. MRT is 2min away and close to Shopping, Spas, Restaurants, and attractions by Metro. Breakfast is fair. Healthy options are available but basic. Washer and dryer availble for $150. It's fairly far from Taipei Taoyin Airport and usually $1500-$1700. You can almost stay 2 nights here for Airport round-trip. Consider that in your decision making whether to stay or not...
