知本性價比最好的酒店沒有之一！ 早餐非常豐盛，酒店房間也是比較大的，而且都很新，樓下的小童樂園和各種體驗活動活動，很適合帶孩子的家庭，雖然沒有湯池，但都是温泉水所以也很贊！ 1樓還有專門的休息區，免費提供咖啡茶水和零食，咖啡都是現磨的，提早到或者退房之後都有地方可以休息，真的是很貼心的酒店

The hotel was ok. Not all the staff members were able to speak English but they were attentive. Rooms are normal, not very big, the cleaning of rooms is not super great, it could be improved. Gym very small, swimming pool with weird opening times.

入住當天下雨所以泳池關閉無法使用，很可惜。室內的娛樂設施選擇不多，按照園區地圖想走到度假村旁的草地湖泊散步，結果雜草叢生而作罷，或許園區太大維護不易。房間非常大且乾淨，面向泳池的房型景觀很好，看得到山巒，早餐選擇多樣豐富。

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

Breakfast at this hotel is good, the dishes are fresh and delicious, especially their bread and cakes are tasty. But the location of this hotel is not so good, if you don't have your own car. This hotel is distant from many tourist spots, and the mass transportation in taitung city is not so useful. So if you don't drive your own car, you'd better find other alternatives.

一到酒店門口就有一位服務員親切引導停車～酒店大堂很氣派～服務人員很親切～我的房間是在2樓～房間很大，床很大，而且隔音很好👍！房間的窗外view非常棒～只是可惜我們來的時候陰天沒有看到日出～ 我個人認為宵夜及早餐比較普通

鋪面是西式咖啡廳，在大街旁邊 不過Google Maps指示可能會誤導 在大街看路牌便是了 可以洗衣，床位寬敞 價錢超相宜

還不錯🥹至少在連假爆滿的3月1號雙人房才2000多 而且還有早餐（雖然我們沒吃到😂
