The staff were very friendly and helped to organize the transport to Kilimanjaro airport. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were also quite clean. I had an issue with some noise from the AC units in my room, also the wifi does not really work in the room, making it very difficult to contact people. The food in the restaurant is decent, though took longer than expected. The place is well maintained, though seemed to be quite empty.

As we kicked off our honeymoon safari in Tanzania, Olerai Lodge set the tone for what would be an incredible trip. Coming from New York City, we have high expectations when it comes to service, cleanliness, and comfort, and Olerai Lodge delivered on all fronts. Hossana and her wonderful team welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their kindness, attentiveness, and attention to detail were second to none. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with large, comfortable beds that ensured a restful stay. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just as enjoyable. We didn’t have the chance to use the pool, but it was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. Olerai Lodge was the perfect place to unwind and prepare for the adventures ahead. The entire team made us feel cared for, and we were genuinely sad to leave such a warm and welcoming space.

以前就在Arusha喜來登入住，當時的物價還沒這麼高。現在再來，環境依然不錯，但是裝修設施變化不大。同樣的價格，已經沒辦法入住相同的房型［之前非攜程預訂］。酒店早飯不錯，種類多，可選擇多。午飯20美金/位的自助也比以前划算很多。如果後續再來，衹要價格合適，還是會繼續選擇這裏。

這家house villa在離阿魯沙市區20分鐘的村莊裡，非常喜歡這裏。房間乾淨整潔，含獨立衞生間，院子裏也非常整潔有趣。院子主人也是個很有趣的人，還有其他工作人員都非常友好。對啦，如果你想呆在院子裏放空，這提供一日三餐的簡餐，很好吃。晚上大家會在院子裏烤火聊天，世界各地的朋友們，一起聚在火堆前，講述着自己的故事。非常有趣。村子裏的人也非常的友好熱情，出去溜達的時候，還交了當地的朋友，是鄰居的孩子們。附近有學校，教堂、和當地的集市，非常有意思，下次還會再來住。想念你們，我的朋友們。強烈推薦這裏。

I spent 2 nights there. My room was in front of the mountain, which looked wonderful. Spacious room, clean and smells fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. I had the best sticky date cakae with caramel sauce after dinner, I still remember how it tasted 😋. This hotel might not be luxurious, but it provided the best services I ever had. You will never be bored if you decide to spend the night in without going anywhere as the place is full of life and had a nice garden outside.

I recently stayed at Venus Premium Hotel in Arusha, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. The service was outstanding—the staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Specially Mr. Satish the manager caring is good.The hotel’s overall ambiance and amenities added to the pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arusha for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

When I was there there was a slightly noisy water pump ( we were in a regular room and upgraded to luxury one where I did not have this problem) - should have brought my ear plugs. This issue may have been resolved but just in case, do remember to always travel with a good pair of earplugs! Just in case. The luxury rooms are most definitely worth it! If you can, try and snag yourself a deal on these rooms or simply pay the extra amount, especially if you are there for a short stay. For longer stays, the normal rooms are extremely good value for money. Lovely pool and location! Except the road leading to the venue is really rough. The service is outstanding though. Booking is a breeze, The quality of service and supervision is excellent. The evening meals are wonderful though you only get a buffet, which is really good value for money if you are a meat eater but not so much if you are a vegetarian. They nonetheless cater for vegeterians with spelendid selection every night. I'd definately go there again and higly recomend it.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It's beautiful, very clean and well maintained, quiet, and at a location that is away from the chaos of the city. Being located right off a major road makes it easy to locate, yet it's so quiet one can hardly get the sense that it's right off a highway. The staff are super friendly and helpful and we were made to feel at home, really. I have stayed in several hotels in Arusha, but this one made me feel like I am at home. It's one of those places that you can stay long term and feel comfortable enough not to think about checking what else could be out there :-) Kudos to the hotel staff and management who have done an excellent job in maintaining the premises. Their friendliness and professional communication is a huge plus that would make me go back there again and again.
