Near the airport, directly opposite the waterfront park. There's another waterfront plaza about a 20-minute walk away, featuring large children's play facilities and an outdoor basketball court. The hotel offers shuttle service to the subway station. The facilities are basic, but its convenience is a major plus. There's a duty-free shop and a supermarket nearby.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, so it's better for guests without luggage. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the nearby station, which was convenient when checking out. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and helpful. There's a self-service breakfast available. The room size was adequate, allowing us to open our suitcases comfortably.

On my last day in Osaka, I always make sure to visit Rinku Town Premium Outlets. This hotel is quite far from the subway station; it actually cost me 2000 yen for a taxi from the station to the hotel. However, it's only a few hundred meters' walk to the outlets, which is convenient. The area is pretty remote with not many good food options around. The hotel offering a ride to the subway station the next day was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple but at least there was something to eat. The only downside was that the towels had a weird smell, which I really didn't like! There's only one ramen shop nearby, and the ramen itself was just okay, but the umeshu soda was absolutely delicious, very bubbly and refreshing!

It was okay. It's a bit out of the way, but they offer a shuttle to the subway station, and breakfast is included.

The front desk staff were super friendly. It seems the hotel owner is Chinese, and if you arrive early and a room is available, they'll let you check in ahead of time. The ramen shop outside is delicious. It's a bit of a distance from the outlet mall, but right across the street is the beach, which is fantastic for ocean views. The room size is decent, definitely better than most hotels in Japan.

Pretty old hotel room but with renovated bathroom. Pretty far from the station but they provide shuttle bus services to get there. Okay experience and an appropriate hotel to stay in for 1 night before departing to the airport

The service was quite poor, and the room facilities were very basic. It's close to the outlet mall, but the hotel's location is very remote; you don't even see a single small shop along the way. I don't understand why it has so many good reviews.

The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Rinku Town Station and the Outlets, which is quite convenient if you're shopping at the outlets and need to stay one night before flying back home from Kansai. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to JR stations and a paid airport transfer service, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast starts early, which is great for those catching an early flight.

I am impressed with the check-in. It was very smooth and the staffs were all friendly. The hotel is close to the Rinku premier outlet which is about 10 minutes walk. We spent at least a day doing our shopping there. From my room, I was able to see the Ferris wheel from Rinku town. There is a 7-11 nearby within 5 minutes walk. The area around the hotel is quiet. The hotel offers a transportation service to the Rinku station. I will recommend those who wants to make a short stop for the night before flying out from the Kansai International Airport. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.
