Very pleasant stay overall with great surrounding and amenities. The water flow was a bit weak for the shower. Restaurant food might be better out of the hotel but it’s good enough during a rainy lazy day. Pools are various and the beach just in front easily accessible. Beach has some flies but we experienced similar at other more upscale hotels in the area as well. Most memorable and enjoyable was the table tennis which we used for free every night! Awesome!

The pool is amazing. Also, all the staff are friendly and greet you with bright smiles. I'm especially grateful to the reception staff, Manager PHUMI(?) and the female receptionist GHO(?). Their kindness and support made our vacation even more enjoyable and wonderful. Thanks to the manager who even came to see us off in a taxi. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance.

We chose this hotel to celebrate our daughter's birthday, but she was very upset. We took a large room with a separate children's room and a bunk bed. However, in the evening, when we returned to the room after bathing, we found a crowd of ants in the bathroom, they were everywhere, on the towels, on the sink, on the wall, on the floor. And when our daughter noticed them in the room on the bed, she completely lost her mood, she said she would sleep with us, since she was afraid in the room. In the large room they were also everywhere, and were already crawling on our bag, so we decided to leave the necessary things, and take the suitcases to the car, so as not to bring ants home. It's good that we took the hotel for only 1 night, but the birthday was ruined. Also, in the children's room, the windows were all in greasy handprints, poor cleaning for such a hotel. If it weren't for the main issue with the ants, the room was good, spacious, the hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming, they congratulated my daughter with a cake, for which we are very grateful. The pool has a great children's area and one slide. The sea is very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. The bottom line is that the hotel is fine, but a crowd of ants on the 3rd floor is unacceptable for this level.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We really like the location, the grounds, the incredibly friendly staff. Nice big and clean pools. There are several children's pools for the youngest guests. Good breakfasts. The room is a bit old, but clean. In the evenings they deliver clean towels for the beach to the rooms. We will definitely come back here again!

This place is very suitable for a family vacation. The staff are lovely, provide good service, and take care of every customer. Everyone is smiling and cheerful, especially the receptionist who gives a warm welcome. The room is clean and quiet. This is one of the hotels in Khao Lak that you must come to.

A great hotel for those who want to enjoy their vacation. We came to Phuket for a month, so we immediately wanted to take a break from the hustle and bustle and live in a secluded place. Which is what we got. Our family of 2 adults and a 4-year-old child. We lived from 10/5-10/17 in a three-bed family wing. Starting from the room and ending with the children's room, everything was super. I'll start with the children's room, the girls held different activities every day, they were always passionate about their work. Smiling and responsive, my 4-year-old daughter just ran there every day. We painted faces, made paper origami, painted nails and just played games. We only got food at the hotel for breakfast, for lunch we ordered from the children's menu for everyone, since the portions are normal and the price is cheaper. We went to the cafe on the road to the right for dinner. You can go further, there is always a tuk-tuk near the hotel. There are no cafes on the beach after storms. The sea is always with waves, we swam with the child 3-4 times. But from this place we went to the Similans, so the location is very convenient. If we go to Khao Lak, we will definitely come back. And the most important thing is that the hotel has the best beach, others nearby either do not have it, or it has black and dirty sand.

First, the pros. The staff is friendly and they try. Cons: the hotel is five stars, as far as the moon goes. The room has an old toilet seat with ingrained marks. All the furniture and walls are covered in some kind of splashes. Can't you wash it off? A separate big minus is the restaurant and dinners there. Remove European cuisine from the menu if you don't even know how to cook. They brought carbonara, just overcooked pasta in water and a couple of pieces of overdried bacon on top, when I asked where the sauce (which is the first ingredient) and parmesan were, they took it back to redo and returned the same overcooked pasta covered to the brim with greasy liquid. Guys, are you serious, for 900₽!!! It's hard to cook so badly on purpose. The mango juice for lunch was really made from mango, for dinner it was juice from a bag. Very bad.
