Nice staff service, very privacy and great location next to the almost private beach. Many function and giant swimming pool.

Modern amenities and the grounds are immaculately kept; the gardeners are constantly working. The breakfast is decent, and it's clean. The location is secluded and quiet.

Exceptional service and a pleasant atmosphere were the hallmarks of X10. We specifically chose X10 because of its many pools and slides. Unfortunately, the large slide was closed due to maintenance. After some discussion, management offered us a meal voucher as compensation. The food is simply delicious and varied. We truly enjoyed our vacation there.

Very pleasant stay overall with great surrounding and amenities. The water flow was a bit weak for the shower. Restaurant food might be better out of the hotel but it’s good enough during a rainy lazy day. Pools are various and the beach just in front easily accessible. Beach has some flies but we experienced similar at other more upscale hotels in the area as well. Most memorable and enjoyable was the table tennis which we used for free every night! Awesome!

Almost perfect... I read good reviews from various sources and decided to stay here. But when I arrived, there were very few guests, making me wonder if we were the only ones there. Compared to another hotel we had just checked out of, which was so crowded there was no parking, this place was eerily quiet. The rooms were quite far from the lobby; the hallway in front of the rooms looked a bit scary and long. Upon entering, the fabric perfume was quite strong and almost dizzying. The pool and playground closed at 8 pm, but there were hardly any people using it—only three children in the whole pool. Overall, the F&B, housekeeping, and kid club staff were quite lovely, smiling and greeting everyone. At 11 am, it started raining heavily, so I went to reception to ask for a late check-out, until 1 pm, because I saw there were hardly any guests and it was raining heavily. The receptionist went to talk to her supervisor inside and was told it wasn't possible because there were guests waiting to check in. I found it both funny and questionable, "Checking in after everyone else?" I muttered, "But there seemed to be plenty of empty rooms!" Well, you know... the supervisor has to follow the rules. Some things were too rigid. They were completely lying, saying it looked like there were a lot of guests. Just look up and glance around the balcony; there were hardly any. The atmosphere in the restaurant and the pool were... well, let's just say the occupancy rate was less than 20%. Okay, rules are rules. We checked out at noon, and it was raining heavily. A male housekeeping staff member saw my family and me dragging our suitcases and waiting to cross the road to the lobby in the pouring rain. He found an umbrella from an empty room and offered it to us, which was incredibly kind. We asked if the hotel was fully booked, and he replied, "No, we have many rooms available." Okay, understood! We then crossed the road with the umbrella to check out and paid for our restaurant services. It was still raining heavily, and the staff didn't say a word. We were the ones who asked to borrow an umbrella to walk to our car, but the staff showed no interest in helping us. I'm disappointed in myself for choosing this hotel based on the reviews, but what we experienced was different from what others have experienced. We've stayed at many hotels in Khao Lak, which helps us make better choices for future family vacations.

Excellent secluded hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, and once again I'm convinced it's one of the best hotels in the region. Excellent staff and service, delicious food in two restaurants, a clean pool, nice, cozy rooms, and a great beach. If you're looking for a quiet family vacation, this is the place for you.

The pool is amazing. Also, all the staff are friendly and greet you with bright smiles. I'm especially grateful to the reception staff, Manager PHUMI(?) and the female receptionist GHO(?). Their kindness and support made our vacation even more enjoyable and wonderful. Thanks to the manager who even came to see us off in a taxi. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance.
