Size room size with a balcony. Nothing to fancy about the hotel room, a bit out dated. Very helpful and supportive staff. Direct beach access and great pool area with a swim-up bar and happy hour.

The pool villa is fantastic. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Location wise it's great, right on beach and short walk to a lot shops and restaurants.

5 ночей очень понравилось вилла с бассейном очень уютный отель все близко отличный заход в море ,тихо,лежаки свободные есть . Сразу начинается улица с кафешками красиво поют птички бегают белки . У нас было забронировано 3 ночи вилла с бассейном и две ночи обычный номер так как хотели поехать на экскурсии но так понравилось что попросили оставить нас на вилле готовы были доплатить и в итоге оставили денег не взяли спасибо администрации .на экскурсии не поехали так как в отле было здорово

服務無可挑剔，所有事情都是貼心的，由開車到達的那刻就能感受到，早餐非常不錯，其他餐飲也是經濟美味的，房間也是期望之內，酒店內還有親切的貓貓陪伴著，但有一事情真的要處理，房間有漏電的情況，很危險，淋浴時若然同時開hair dryer, 接觸到金屬如水龍頭，花灑頭就會觸電。。。。

สภาพภายในห้องดูดีแต่ไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร มีเศษผมประปรายหลายจุด เข่น แก้วกาแฟตรงมินิบาร์, ในอ่างแช่ ฯ รางไฟบนหัวเตียงที่เป็นกระจกฝุ่นเยอะมาก ทางเราพัก 3 วัน 2 คืน ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เมื่อทำห้อง แต่สิ่งเหล่านี้เมื่อเทียบกับบริการของพนักงานร้านอาหาร กับที่ฟร้อน ถือว่าเล็กน้อย เพราะพวกเขาสุภาพและน่ารักมากๆๆๆๆค่ะ รักที่นี่ จะแวะมาอีกนะคะ

疫情政策一放鬆就安排了全家人出遊，非常可惜這個酒店的服務和危機處理體驗非常差，先是幫我們安排了錯誤的房間，又讓我們為酒店自己的錯誤額外付錢，最後是攜程幫我們協調並承擔了損失。另外酒店基本90%是德國退休長者，對於任何孩子的聲音特別敏感，不建議帶娃家庭去。攜程客服一流，但是酒店自身客服非常差！

Amazing. Wonderful hotel with the most FABULOUS staff set into a lush tropical setting Huge rooms, spotless resort, beautiful pool and gorgeous beach front. 2 kayaks and paddle boards for guests to use. Very quiet but within an extremely short distance to shops, bars and dozens of restaurants. Hotel was very quiet with no loud music or acts, which we appreciated as wanted a peaceful break. It’s be heaven. Thank you Ramada and all your wonderful staff. You really couldn’t wish or hope for a lovelier place.

An Amazing Stay! Our experience at Ramada was so wonderful that we decided to move back from another hotel. Ramada truly has it all! From the warm welcome we received at the reception from smiling staff like Cindy and Kei, to the helpful and always friendly employees, including gardeners, cleaners, chefs, and waiters like Wawa and Benz, every detail was attended to. Ramada offers a peaceful atmosphere and all the necessary amenities, plus a perfect location near the beach, shops, and bars. It’s a warm and family-like place where you truly feel at home. I would also like to mention the spa. While the prices are higher than what you might find on the street, the service and quality are well worth it. It was an amazing experience! Our hearts have fallen for Ramada, and we will definitely return.

This resort is perfectly situated on the beach and in the midst of narrow streets full of restaurants, bars, massage places etc. it is a family resort, very quiet which suited us. Pool is perfect, beach is lovely, sea is warm. Rooms are large, beds comfortable, service is excellent.

Great resort, friendly people, nice food, lovely beach and good rooms. Many things to do in the area I recommend the elephant sanctuary and the turtle conservation. The SIAM restaurant was brilliant the food was delicious- and the people were lovely. Make sure you bring mosquito spray as there are mosquitos in the area. But overall great place lovely area! I recommend. Along the beach there is a place called Sundown Sounds and in the evening they play music and have a few bars and food options we went on a Friday and they had fire benders as well which were amazing! We went as a family with kids who were 10+ and they both really enjoyed it and so did we!

First visit to Thailand, Khao Lak, which didn’t disappoint, in particular the Ramada resort. The resort is very central with supermarkets, shops and bars right on its doorstep. The staff were incredibly lovely, in particular our room cleaners (Pu and Twoper). Always a joy to see and speak to in the morning. On site there is a few activities to keep you busy around the hotel from complementary paddle boards and Kayaks to the gym, table tennis and pool tables. The spa centre is fantastic and great value for money for a Thai massage. The pool was a great size. Lots of space to swim and plenty of sun beds to choose from. Nice chilled atmosphere too. Not too loud like some holiday guests can be. You also had the option of a private beach which was lovely for a change of scenery. The resort hosted a series of excursions which we made full use of including a boat trip and elephant sanctuary. These were at an extra cost but were both great trips and well organised. Improvement area I’d say was the food, there needs to be more variety in my opinion and if you stay longer than a week, you see the same menu / themes over and over. I’d recommend half board then you have plenty of options eating out. The last improvement area is how dated the rooms appear. Yes, the rooms were clean, spacious and authentic. But they could be done with modernising to keep in line with the rest of the resort. You are treated like royalty at this hotel and made to feel welcome from arrival and throughout your stay. I’d highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Khao Lak.

We stayed one night in 2104 which overlooked the gardens. Unfortunately it smelled very musty but other than that it was a lovely room. The breakfast was great, fab coffee and lots of choice, and the staff were really lovely. It was a very short walk to lots of restaurants. We didn’t stay longer as we were on our way to Khao Sok National Park.

The resort was magnificent. the pool was very relaxing and the happy hour at the pool bar was a highlight. We spent eight nights at the resort and we're very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere. We will definately be back in the future. Close to local restraunts and activities. We Enjoyed the resort restraunt and spa facilities.
