Great hote,l away from noisy places. Food was really good. Service was excellent. Mark is really nice manager. We stayed in the villa area and breakfast there was so far the best in hotels we stayed in Thailand. Dinner was also lovely, tried both the resort and villa restaurant. We had a few room switch due to have issues with jacuzzi not working which was very important for us but got sorted by Mark. Beach was beautiful to. I would reccoment this hotel.

Excellent and enjoyable stay, the resort is very near to the beach and provides easy access to surf classes at Better Surf Thailand. Breakfast selection was great too, no complains about the food. lovely stay, will definitely come back again!

The hotel is very spacious and located right on the beach. The pool features a slide, which is a nice bonus. Breakfast is included, and the Thai tea was absolutely delicious! 🤤🤤

I had a great experience staying at Apsara Resort. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which really made a difference. The bar was fantastic—great drinks and atmosphere! And the location? Absolutely amazing. Whether you’re there to relax or explore, it’s the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

The property is beautiful, clean, and spacious, offering great views and direct beach access. It also boasts numerous pools. The ocean had amazing waves, making surfing incredibly fun! The weather was generally good, despite some rain.

Everything was excellent. I was very impressed and would definitely return.

A Disappointing Stay, Lacking the Thai Hospitality I've Come to Expect I have been a returning guest at this hotel over the past three years, having stayed more than ten times. Unfortunately, my recent visit was particularly disappointing. The check-in and check-out process continues to be a major source of frustration. The staff at the reception desk lacked the warmth and "Thai smile" that guests expect. The atmosphere felt less like a welcoming experience and more like an intimidating one. I believe it would significantly improve the guest experience to have more Thai staff on the reception team, not the Filipino mafia. While the rooms are generally acceptable, I was disappointed to find that ongoing renovations meant the best rooms were unavailable. I am grateful that I only booked one night. The basic breakfast was good, and I must commend the Karkinos restaurant for its beautiful ambiance and excellent food. A significant issue during my stay was the power outage from 1:00 AM to 4:30 AM, which left the room without air conditioning. I had to make several calls to staff before learning that a power pole was down. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or acknowledgment from the reception staff upon checkout. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay due to the ongoing issues with the front desk staff and the poorly handled power outage.

The floor had fine sand on it, making my feet feel unclean when walking around. With no slippers provided, the room felt less clean than it should have. They also didn't provide plastic bags for wet clothes, which is really essential for beachgoers. While I appreciate the effort to reduce global warming, I genuinely feel this is a necessary amenity.

The hotel is near memories beach, which for surfers are very close. You can just walk to memory beach or call hotel staff to pick you up. The hotel is a bit old, but everything is well-maintained.

The room was absolutely excellent, and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up or do anything! I honestly didn't want to go home. If I visit Phang Nga again, I will definitely be staying here. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive and provided excellent service. Best of all, it wasn't overly expensive; truly great value for money.
