for the money we paid, could not fault this place. rooms were very clean, larger then the pics. showers were hot and strong. the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff are very friendly, will stay here again

I enjoyed that it was a 5 minute walk from our room to the beach as well as the pool and restaurant. I was amazed there were fireworks on the beach at night and had a good night's sleep as there were mainly retired and adults as visitors that were quiet at night time. I wish I had more time to had a massage and try the floating breakfast. The room was spacious and clean and we were welcomed with a welcome drink. The reception staff were exceptional and friendly, I would say their customer service is better than the restaurant service. My feedback would be that the restaurant staff should be trained to understand what is vegan when a customer is ordering or wanting to place a custom order certain dishes to be vegan so we receive a vegan dish and provide the right cutlery as have a more friendlier vibe like reception. The pool staff were always smiling and super friendly.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious (superior) room with garden view, big swimming pool and good options on the buffet breakfast! Make sure you take a massage and their SPA, it’s amazing and the masseurs are professional.

On the PRO side: It's a very beautiful designed hotel, with a great view of the jungle and rice terrace. The staff was very friendly and always smiling, made our staying there very pleasant. The restaurant food is very good with a good menu selection and the rooms very well equipped. On the DOWN side: quite far from UBUD city centre and is no shuttle provided. At the beginning, the sound of the jungle is great, but it is hard to sleep on it, therefore recomand earplugs. Also, if you stay at the Roayl Suite, my advice, don't leave the door open at any point. You might have an unwanted friend in the room overnight. By far, one of the most beautiful hotels that we've stayed at totally recommended, and we will definitely be back.

A bit disappointing if compared to other Pelangi resorts

Lovely hotel with nice staff, and excellent location near the beach and Seminyak fun. It was a bit too warm for us to sit at the outdoor restaurant (no AC!), but the pool was lovely.

Great service - pool sits right in front on Seminyak beach close to live music also close to shops. Was able to extended my stay very easily. Beautiful rooms! I will be staying here next time 100%

Rooms were in a state of minor disrepair, no outside seating by your room and leak through the roof in bathroom. If I were to stay in Bali again it wouldnt be here

Great location and they did their best. Was a little taken back when first arrived and the bellman was unhappy with my tip after bring our bags. Pardon? Just got to Bali, was NOT going to give him 100,000 or 50,000 IDR. I gave him all my smaller bills 35k and he told me the dollar value with a look on his face. Anyway, just got there and wasn't gonna let a spoiled local ruin my holiday. What's crazy is I don't care that most foreigners bring USD and throw money around, I'm always more than generous and travel with local currency which seems to upset them as they all want are 5 USD minimums. It's not the money, it's the point. Anyway, I'll tell you though after that he learned quickly that his service as well as all other hotel services were unneeded as I used a local tour recommended from a friend that took us everywhere at a fraction of the cost. If you're sitting on the loungers not located by the pool you'll constantly have to get up to go to the restaurant bar to get your own drinks. I can say that if you're sitting in the pool getting wasted like many of the guest they are very accommodating. All of the breakfast many choices are never hot unless they cook eggs for you and it's a bit blah after the 2nd day. Other than that, most of the staff are very friendly and do their best.

The hotel is right on semiyak beach. The staff at the restaurant was so nice and the food and drink so delicious. My only issue was the room more specifically the bathroom. When you shower the water doesn’t go right way as the drainage was clogged. You are just there standing in the pool of water. Also the bathroom was smelly which i believe is the drainage again. Imagine staying there on long term you will get so uncomfortable.
