I’ve been visiting Tallinn twice a year for the past 20 years and I try different accommodation each time. It was my first time at the Rixwell Savoy and it was a superb experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, the hotel is charming and tastefully decorated. My room gave me a view of the old town that equaled that from the viewing platform at St Olaf’s Church. Location is excellent. In the old town yet near the theatre and the Solaris/shopping centers. Room was spacious, comfortable and the coffee machine made excellent coffee. Bath robes were soft and having a bath was a welcome addition. Also, taxis can pick you up right outside the hotel - not all areas are vehicle accessible in the old town.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Tallin old town. The building feels special, the staff at the front desk are 5 star level, courteous, efficient, super professional. Kristi was really helpful and gave me good recommendations. I have been to many hotels and can definitely say the staff are outstanding. My room was magnificent with a fabulous view of Tallin roofs. I had a facial and massage at the spa and they were excellent. Absolutely recommended.

Had a wonderful 3 nights staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

An excellent and 5 stars hotel located in central Tallin and is 15 minutes walk to Vana Virus, the old town. Checking in and out was smooth and fast as their staff was efficient and are willing to assist in whatever way they can. Room was large, bathroom was large as well and the bed was so comfortable. Everything in the room was almost perfect! Breakfast spread was excellent and food was delicious. The waitresses were very helpful and serve us coffee even though we can get it done ourselves. A fine hotel which offers comfort and value for money. The staff made my stay enjoyable and feel at home. Thank you! Breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious.

All generally acceptable but quality of breakfast was poor and let down the overall stay. Fruit not fresh, long queues and no attention from any waiting staff. Check in and out was quick and easy. Location is not central but not far from the centre. Short walk.

This hotel was very modern. Stayed here for three nights. Our room was roasting. Couldn't turn thr air con down and no windows to open. However the following day when we informed reception he had a maintenance worker visit or room and turn off the radiator. Thank you! Room was spotless and thr bed comfy. Toiletries are provided. As was a safe and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was of a good standard, with the usual choice of hot and cold, fruit and salads etc. All the staff were really friendly. The hotel is approx 10min walk from the nearest tram stop, but we don't mind the walk Definitely would stay here again

La literie est de qualité et la salle de bain bien aménagée. La cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire pour faire ses propres repas, avec en plus un petit coin pour manger. L’appartement ne dispose pas d’air conditionné. Un service peu utilisé dans cette région du monde je le reconnais, mais qui lors de mon séjour, aurait un petit plus non désagréable. Le personnel est sympathique et à parfaitement répondu à nos demandes, même lors de mon arrivée tardive. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

A modern well located hotel, a short walk from the old town and the central market. It is part of the railway station complex. The rooms are mostly spacious and bright, some overlook the railway platforms, but they are quiet (electric trains that stop running during the night) Good breakfast and a reasonable place to eat if some of the eye-watering prices of the old town deter you. Beware the Estonian bedding, some find it great, others not!

Отличный отель с прекрасным расположением в центре. Имеется просторный внутренний дворик и зона для отдыха. Завтрак был очень плотный и вкусный. Чистота в номере на 10 из 10, нареканий не было. Были также большой телевизор, хотя он мне и не нужен, небольшой холодильник и сейф. Обязательно вернусь сюда когда буду в Таллинне.
