All generally acceptable but quality of breakfast was poor and let down the overall stay. Fruit not fresh, long queues and no attention from any waiting staff. Check in and out was quick and easy. Location is not central but not far from the centre. Short walk.

Had a wonderful 3 nights staying at this luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet had so much choice, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cosy and modern with a great view. The location was very good. The spa was beautiful and a highlight of the stay. It felt truly 5 star and I would stay here again.

An excellent and 5 stars hotel located in central Tallin and is 15 minutes walk to Vana Virus, the old town. Checking in and out was smooth and fast as their staff was efficient and are willing to assist in whatever way they can. Room was large, bathroom was large as well and the bed was so comfortable. Everything in the room was almost perfect! Breakfast spread was excellent and food was delicious. The waitresses were very helpful and serve us coffee even though we can get it done ourselves. A fine hotel which offers comfort and value for money. The staff made my stay enjoyable and feel at home. Thank you! Breakfast spread was elaborate and delicious.

Wonderful hotel in beautiful Tallin old town. The building feels special, the staff at the front desk are 5 star level, courteous, efficient, super professional. Kristi was really helpful and gave me good recommendations. I have been to many hotels and can definitely say the staff are outstanding. My room was magnificent with a fabulous view of Tallin roofs. I had a facial and massage at the spa and they were excellent. Absolutely recommended.

I’ve been visiting Tallinn twice a year for the past 20 years and I try different accommodation each time. It was my first time at the Rixwell Savoy and it was a superb experience. The service was friendly and welcoming, the hotel is charming and tastefully decorated. My room gave me a view of the old town that equaled that from the viewing platform at St Olaf’s Church. Location is excellent. In the old town yet near the theatre and the Solaris/shopping centers. Room was spacious, comfortable and the coffee machine made excellent coffee. Bath robes were soft and having a bath was a welcome addition. Also, taxis can pick you up right outside the hotel - not all areas are vehicle accessible in the old town.

Great location looking over seaport, and not far from City centre. Reception staff were polite and friendly which made me feel welcomed and comfortable there. There is a great breakfast with a lot of variety, but it is the same every day. The only reason that I did not give it 5 stars is because someone older may have trouble with the stairs and taking luggage up and down. I did not have any problems and loved the black out curtains since there are so few hours of darkness in the summer. I stayed here for several days, and the women who clean work very hard. They wash the hotel out from top to bottom and even the outside stairs every day. This is not your American Hilton, but even though it is an older hotel, the family does their best to keep the hotel nice. Make sure breakfast is included in your rate.

Friendly cleaner lady. + Materials were not the cheapest... + There's a lift! + Easy check in / out. - Located in a shady back alley, you maybe need to search it for a while... eyes open :) - Reception closes 21.00 - Heating was not on in early September, outside +9'C. Also did not get hot water. Only warm. - No aircon. - Views from room little bit depressing :) Overall value 4/5. Very good deal!!! Highly recommended.

Room okay and of a good size. The sprinkler head connection was broken, and the water was splashing allover when showering. Reception did not do the wake-up call at 4am as agreed. I would have almost missed my flight.

Breakfast was satisfactory but we would appreciate some menu changes at different days. Our room view was good. Staff was efficient, supportive and friendly. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and drug stores around the hotel. Yet, some areas for their top management to consider: 1. cups and kettle may be provided for every room, and 2. the extra fee for using spa and sauna was 15 Euros per head which we think may be too high for non European travelers, and 3. Gym was charged 5 Euros per head may also be waived, just like most hotels would do in other big cities.

此方は11時まで朝食。15時まで昼食をやっているので朝食代は若干高めですが、その分、質や種類は少し良いです。私としてはベイクドビーンズが旨かった。 立地はフェリーターミナルに近いのでフェリからだと近いですが、リガバスステーションからだと数キロあって遠いですが、トラム等で行けば苦ではないです。(私は徒歩で40分位で行けました。) 部屋はシャワーブースと洗面台に各々液体ソープディスペンサーが付いてます。ドライヤは洗面台に取り付けられ、テレビはありますがチャンネルも少なく、フリーズや乱れが多いので殆ど使わない気が。電話機はありますが電気ケトルはありません。 暖房は今一で凍えない程度です。

Great Hotel near the gate to Old City. Nice spacious rooms, modern design with nice features, impeccably clean. Amazing spa and pool, 2 types of sauna on top floor with view over Tallinn. Great breakfast with big choice (thought many people, so come early). Tea/coffee/water in the room, quiet. Many restaurant options behind the hotel, as well as 1min walk to enter Old City. You can keep your bags if arrived early or departing later. Really enjoyed my stay.
