Coffee supplies in the room were not refilled (& coffee was very weak). A make up mirror in the bathroom would be great. Trying to lean over the counter to apply make up was next to impossible. The lighting in the hall was not appropriate for using the mirror there.

It’s located about 20 miles from Tampa downtown and the breakfast bar very poor even for continental level, however front disk staff are lovely and very comfortable beds. I must mention also the pool which we were very excited to use was out of order during the stay of 6 nights

Great place to stop by for a night. Breakfast is not great, you may grab a yogurt or an apple, beside that there wasn’t much to eat or drink. The service is pretty good, but I wouldn’t stay more than one night- great for quick stop if you driving and need some sleep. The room is pretty big, but the bed is not really comfortable.

First assigned room was not even cleaned. Bed was a mess. Used towels on the dining table. Hotel thought they did me a favor by upgrading me to a larger suite. That room was filthy , stains on sofa and chairs. Lights in kitchen didn’t work. Rug pulled up by front door creating a safety hazard, outlets broken, tub dirty and inoperable. I will never stay here nor use trip.com again. I was here for surgical procedure for my Cancer and had to endure this filth and no help from either hotel or site I used to book this stay.

The hotel is good. The staff is great. I didn't like the breakfast. There were only boiled eggs, waffles and cereal.

The rooms need to be clean much better. The sheets was dirty and the key card wasn't working and wasn't clean. The breakfast wasn't that great.

Bed sheets disgusting stained with what appeared to be blood and cigarette burns No soap or garbage can Breakfast tasted old Pool is under construction until further notice but they don’t tell you that even upon checking in or on the website. If you have kids that look forward to pool, be prepared for disappointment

Great place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, & close to everything that you need. Sam at the front desk is great, a very helpful guy. I definitely recommend staying here I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Price is good, the people are good, just over all a wonderful place to stay.

Everything was good excellent stay front desk was more than enough help. Everytime I needed anything it wasn’t no problem they came right away. I was never rushed when it was time to check out I was even given extra time on my stay. I will stay here in the future.

Hotel Team was Outstanding! Sam greeted me at the front desk and ensured I had everything needed for a comfortable stay , always smiling and checking to see if I needed anything. Breakfast was bar was fully stocked with fresh food and hot coffee with a very friendly and attentive Gentlemen maintaining high standards throughout the meal period . Bed linens and towels were clean and the mattresses were comfortable. The entire hotel was clean and there was always somebody around, ensuring that the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Location is excellent Making it easy to go anywhere on any of the nearby three interstates. Thank you to the wonderful team at this location. I look forward to returning..
