The location of this hotel is very good but sad to say the hotel is not run professionally. I was shocked when I waited and waited for hot water to shower but NO hot water! I will not choose this hotel again!

It was good

Right next to the beach! Beautiful views, sunsets, and very friendly people! Close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The Tuman Shuttle stops in front and a little to the right of the hotel. Good value for your wallet! Very friendly staff!!! I will stay here again!!!

Times are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks.

Excellent value for the $$, close to beach, kind and accommodating staff…

The experience i had was a 3/5.  First i was like to say, if you guys plan on bring a stroller park at the parking lot and not the garage. There is no elevator. The water pressure is not the best and when i took a shower i noticed it was getting clogged up. I had to call service counter twice to request for something. Mini fridge was barely working took hours for our drinks to get cold. Other than that, it was good.

All was good and we will be back.

The blankets are nonexistent. I repeat the blankets are nonexistent. You need to literally buy a blanket at Ross because the blankets are literal sheets or some crumpled up back blanket stuffed in the corner of the closet. The airconditioning is so cold that you may catch a cold without a blanket. I am a person that believes in “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything” but omg the housekeeping is just close to nothing. Only takes out the trash and that’s basically it. Still left a tip everyday but still a bare minimum of at least sweeping the floor would be nice. But the location and price was chefs kiss so just bring or buy a blanket.

This is my second time for this hotel., easy access for transportation and ABC store.

From desk service were friendly & fast . Location very good, walking distance to the beach. Building under renovation but discrete. I will go back again & recommend to friends & Family.

Great value for money. Cheaper than the majority of other hotels of similar spec and location. Having the beach just a minute or 2 walk from the hotel entrance was a real plus point. The only thing lacking was the pool, which would have added a lot more value if some simple refurbs had modernized it to make it more inviting (tiles surrounding it, deck chairs etc). Overall, a great trip and I'll definitely book again next time I go to Guam.

Easy access to beach. Good air conditioning.

Great location behind the beautiful Tumon beach. Cleanliness was not the best but can bearable.
