A hotel with a chill sea view, I learned about Masova through tiktok reviews, so I decided to stay at Masova for 3 days and 2 nights. It's extremely suitable for those traveling with their girlfriends and families. I booked through Trip, the price is much better than outside. Everyone should try it. SEE YOU AGAIN MASOVA 💕💕

The service at the hotel is good, cleaning every day, the staff is friendly. The food is delicious for breakfast and changes every day. The view from the window is just awesome! The only unpleasant moment arose when leaving the hotel. There was no sign in our room that all drinks in the minibar were paid (except for water, which was put every day). We thought that this was a free compliment from the hotel and drank everything except beer. And when leaving we were forced to pay for all the drinks, at least they did not replenish them every day, otherwise it would have cost a pretty penny. I would like the staff to indicate that the minibar is paid, in our room this was not mentioned anywhere, I don’t know about other rooms. Otherwise, everything was great.

We booked the sea view type and got the room exactly as advertised. We stayed for two nights and the maid came to clean and change the amenities in the room every day. The air conditioner was very cold. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. We got to the 14th floor but we could still hear the horns a little bit 😂 At night, we saw the lights of the amusement park. It was so cool. When we arrived, the receptionist was quite good at English. So communication was not difficult. There was a staff member who would take our bags to our room. As for breakfast, it changes every day, but I personally didn't like it that much.

The location and the sea view were great. If I had to point out a downside, the refrigerator in the room was too cold, and the water pressure in the bathtub was good, but the shower was blocked, so the water was too weak, making it inconvenient to wash.

There is nothing to complain about. The view is extremely beautiful, the room is very comfortable. Although the hotel is not too big, it has full amenities, so it makes my family feel more private than other big hotels. The breakfast is delicious, changing every day. The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful, the security guard is very friendly. Thank you very much Masova.

Everything is ok. But oh my god, please buy essential oils or scented wax. What kind of hotel smells like air conditioner and room cleaner? I almost vomit on the first day.

Miniature, budget, but cozy. With breakfast for this money it's just a gift. We were happy with everything 👍🏻

Nice hotel, good breakfast. The pool is a bit dirty. There is no gym, 3 exercise machines. The rooms are small but cozy depending on the category. The Internet sometimes froze.
