The hotel under Hilton group is a shame, despite I’m a loyal to Hilton. It just a hostel level. Hardware is bad. Location is not that convenient as described. Hot water not stable. Amenities was not provided as stated in all the rooms. I stayed 3 days but I needed to change room for 4 times. Because the heating was not working, hot water was not stopped suddenly in the middle of your shower and the stopper was not working in the bath tub. But the staff never said sorry to that just said changed room. The inspection should not be done by me. If you call front desk or house keeping, no one took a call all the time. Because they don’t give a **** to the customer service. The bell boy at the front door sucks. No smiles nor greeting. He doesn’t be helpful to help you to take the luggage. Not proactive to open the door for you even you have all your hands with luggage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel at all. I don’t come back. Even I stayed at Ibis, I could use hot water with good temperature and stable. The staff is more responsive with natural greeting and good customer service. This hotel sucks.
