Kakitangan perkhidmatannya ramah dan mempunyai sikap perkhidmatan yang baik Namun, keadaan perkakasan hotel ini terlalu teruk Kunci pintu dan peralatan elektrik sangat lambat untuk bertindak balas suis lampu berada di tengah. Mungkin sukar untuk tidur pada waktu malam Saya menolak suis dan menghidupkan lampu, menjejaskan tidur saya.

This was a very good hotel. It was a great location for the Soekarno–Hatta International Airport. It also had a good restaurant and also the breakfast was very delicious. I will recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a good location near the Soekarno–Hatta International Airport.

Spacious room and bathroom,clean linen and bathtowel.Duration time 25 minutes from airport terminal 2,grabcar fare less than 100k idr include 1 road toll.Nearby eatery stalls,atm,alfamidi,indomaret,BatuCeper train station.Very convenient location.I will stay here again in future trip.

This is the hotel for when you really need to take a break or catch a flight after a long trip in the countryside. Nice, spacious rooms with good water pressure. Attentive service brought me an iron at 5:30am. They have a pool and restaurants. Plus outside they have very active street food areas with lots of fruit, pempeck, sate etc. About 25mins to airport with tolls around 7am. Good.

thanks for kindly service from the reception. Especially a lady (who is the supervisor at front desk) and Ms.erny. They gave me a warmly welcoming, upgraded my reservation to a spacious room. We will definitely come back if we visit the area again.

Bathroom need a shower mat to prevent falling as the cleaner did not clean properly , floor is soapy. Toilet bowl and wash basin, not properly cleaned.
