The gym was so new and well equipped and the room was very clean. Breakfast was beyond expectation. Staff was really polite and helpful. The room was decorated. Although the mirror and some equipments are a bit old, they don't bother me.
The hotel is only 3 minutes away from the train station.
The Thai food stall on the opposite serve authentic yummy fried rice, curry and barbecue. I also saw beers even though we don't drink.
Highly recommended to local and foreign travellers.

The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

The hotel environment is good, the whole check in process was fast. The lobby environment is chilling and there's cafe located in the lobby. You can enjoy book and coffee there.
Our room get upgraded to a business quadruple room, which is big and comfy. The cleanliness is superb. We felt very satisfied during our stay. Another bonus point is that the hotel have laundry room which you can do your laundry for free during the stay! It's good for traveler who have longer trip in Taiwan.

The corner family room for 6 was incredible! Beds were big, there was enough space for our 7 luggage.
There was also a raised platform with 2 beanbags which we could use for eating and relaxing.
There was also 2 large shower rooms and 1 toilet.
Excellent!
Breakfast buffet was also v good. Spread was wide with both local and western cuisine.

Apabila kakitangan kaunter ditanya tentang bas ulang-alik (mungkin di peringkat pengurus, lihat dia berdiri di belakang untuk menguruskannya), dia sangat menghina dan tidak sabar untuk menjawab pertanyaan petugas kaunter.Walaupun tidak berhadapan langsung dengan tetamu, kami ada di sana...Mee dandan untuk sarapan pagi memang sedap.

PPengguna TetamuI would highly reccomend even though i stayed just for a night. As a hotelier myself, the staffs services are impeccable. Would greet you when you alight from the cab, and assist you whenever possible. The smiles are always there, which makes the stay enjoyable. I had a complimentary upgrade for the night, and I would say the room facilites are wonderful! A toilet seat warmer with built-in bidet, with sepeated shower area. Did I missed out the rain shower function? Wow. 15mins walk to Zhongli night market, and to the nearest train station. Even walk out of the lobby to redirect me to the correct direction towards the train station. Once again, kudos to all the staffs.

SShe era因為兒子所以選住ihotel, 房間空間適中，早餐半自助，主菜看出厨師有花心思有驚喜，有洗衣房及小食飲品全天24小時供應。飯店距離捷運站不遠，到附近的中壢夜市很方便，晚上街道也有不少宵夜攤檔。唯有一點塵蟎過敏，早上在執拾掉到床底的物件才發現很多塵，希望飯店多注意清潔。

The only not so gd point is the area surrounding the hotel as it is situated in a residential area. So there is almost zero amenities ie no 7-11, family mart or dining options.

MMazlin TeoEnjoyed my stay and one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Very convienent 10 minutes away from the station and 5 minutes from the Night Market. Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

SSeow Hong TcheauLocation is near to the airport. Room was spacious, bright and very clean. Shower and toilet area even came with a tub. Staff was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Advised us on timing for cab pick up to airport by considering morning traffic while ensuring we had enough time for breakfast. Staff ensured that our luggage was dropped off and picked up right at our doorstep.
Breakfast was a good spread and it was prepared and ready on the dot. We appreciated this as we had to rush off to the airport immediately after.
There is even a private garage. It's a pity we didn't get to benefit from it as we've already dropped off our rental car before check in. The only negative is that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there was no lift access. But this was understandable as the garage was on the ground floor and the room is on the first floor.
Would definitely consider this place again if the price remains competitive in future.

Bbeverly vegaI rated 3 star for the location, ‘cause in the building is a pub I think or KTV with girls in it. And elevator going to the hotel isn’t separated, so it smells cigarette. But overall, the room is sooo clean and good with its prize. Plus the amenities are good, you can refill water and other amenities from the lobby that is just few walks away from rooms. There’s kiosk to buy drinks as well, and a microwave in the lobby to heat the meals bought from restaurants or convenient stores.

PPengguna TetamuFirst of all, yes, without question, this is absolutely a love hotel. With check-in offered after 6:00pm, condoms/lube bedside, a heart shaped tub, and discrete garage style entry into the hotel room, there's no question the type of clients this motel serves. However, I only needed a clean bed for the night, and an affordable hotel nearby the airport to catch an early morning flight out (1-day layover in Taipei), and this motel delivered on both fronts. The rooms were large, comfortable and spacious, and had all of the toiletries necessary for a one night stay - 2 bottles of water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar soap, 2 dental kits, a shower cap, vanity kit, hair brush, razor with shaving cream, and a cleansing kit, whatever that is! The room also had a hair dryer, strong wifi signal, a mini fridge, an electric kettle, working air conditioning, a large heart shaped tub, a computer (which I didn't use), and the most massive flatscreen tv I have ever seen with English news and movie channels (and also porn, but I cannot confirm this for myself). 3-in-1 Nescafé, milk tea and 2 tea packets were in the room also. Beds were comfortable, clean (thank god) and I had an enjoyable sleep. The mattress was comfortable, linens felt clean/fresh, towels were fresh, and the room generally was tidy/clean! The bathroom has a sliding door, with separate stalls for the shower and toilet. Toilet paper was nowhere to be found, only a box of tissues, which I found rather strange! The plumbing in the room had a really bad smell - very off putting. It smelled musty and rotten. For one night, this was manageable, but for any longer, I wouldn't have enjoyed the lingering smell. This is not a hotel for tourists. I knew this going in, but it was the only affordable option nearby the airport, and I did get a good chuckle out of the experience! It was fine for one night, but if I were to stay in Taipei again, I would stay in the city centre, of course. The hotel suited my needs at the time, which were a comfortable place to sleep before an early morning flight. So, it was an interesting experience and surely one I will tell stories about! Note: because this isn't a tourist hotel, there is not breakfast offered nor is there an airport shuttle. However, staff arranged a taxi for me in the morning, which I appreciated. The staff here try hard to accommodate the needs of patrons, for lack of a better word. LOL! Overall, a pleasant stay, thanks for the laugh!
