The hotel environment is good, the whole check in process was fast. The lobby environment is chilling and there's cafe located in the lobby. You can enjoy book and coffee there.
Our room get upgraded to a business quadruple room, which is big and comfy. The cleanliness is superb. We felt very satisfied during our stay. Another bonus point is that the hotel have laundry room which you can do your laundry for free during the stay! It's good for traveler who have longer trip in Taiwan.

The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

The gym was so new and well equipped and the room was very clean. Breakfast was beyond expectation. Staff was really polite and helpful. The room was decorated. Although the mirror and some equipments are a bit old, they don't bother me.
The hotel is only 3 minutes away from the train station.
The Thai food stall on the opposite serve authentic yummy fried rice, curry and barbecue. I also saw beers even though we don't drink.
Highly recommended to local and foreign travellers.

The corner family room for 6 was incredible! Beds were big, there was enough space for our 7 luggage.
There was also a raised platform with 2 beanbags which we could use for eating and relaxing.
There was also 2 large shower rooms and 1 toilet.
Excellent!
Breakfast buffet was also v good. Spread was wide with both local and western cuisine.

Hotel ini bagus, tetapi agak lama, dan perkhidmatannya tidak begitu baik. Apabila kakitangan kaunter ditanya tentang bas ulang-alik (mungkin di peringkat pengurus, lihat dia berdiri di belakang untuk menguruskannya), dia sangat menghina dan tidak sabar untuk menjawab pertanyaan petugas kaunter.Walaupun tidak berhadapan langsung dengan tetamu, kami ada di sana...Mee dandan untuk sarapan pagi memang sedap.

SShe era因為兒子所以選住ihotel, 房間空間適中，早餐半自助，主菜看出厨師有花心思有驚喜，有洗衣房及小食飲品全天24小時供應。飯店距離捷運站不遠，到附近的中壢夜市很方便，晚上街道也有不少宵夜攤檔。唯有一點塵蟎過敏，早上在執拾掉到床底的物件才發現很多塵，希望飯店多注意清潔。

Breakfast variety & food quality is ok but recommended to go early as food doesnt get replenish nearing breakfast closing time
The only not so gd point is the area surrounding the hotel as it is situated in a residential area. So there is almost zero amenities ie no 7-11, family mart or dining options.

PPengguna TetamuAll the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around.
If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

MMazlin TeoEnjoyed my stay and one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Very convienent 10 minutes away from the station and 5 minutes from the Night Market. Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

YYaocong房間田園景觀開揚，非和式的房間內竟有雙門雪櫃，包早餐，三天的食物款式不同，味道都不錯，這間中式食肆位於民宿對面，其保留原有古舊建築。另外，民宿還有一間附屬西餐廳，在民宿隔鄰，設有戶外觀景座位，我們選擇了室內的窗邊蓆（因怕有蚊子）。住客有100元台幣的購物券，故只需多補約150台幣，便能在品嘗富特色的咖啡，一邊喝美味的咖啡，一邊與家人閒聊，亦可欣賞田園景觀或閱讀，很有渡假的感覺。由民宿步行3分鐘，便到桃園客運總站，隔鄰有7-11，另步行5分鐘，有24小時自助洗衣店，超方便。不過，大溪夜巿每逢星期四才營業，幸好我們也能遇上。

SSeow Hong TcheauLocation is near to the airport. Room was spacious, bright and very clean. Shower and toilet area even came with a tub. Staff was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Advised us on timing for cab pick up to airport by considering morning traffic while ensuring we had enough time for breakfast. Staff ensured that our luggage was dropped off and picked up right at our doorstep.
Breakfast was a good spread and it was prepared and ready on the dot. We appreciated this as we had to rush off to the airport immediately after.
There is even a private garage. It's a pity we didn't get to benefit from it as we've already dropped off our rental car before check in. The only negative is that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there was no lift access. But this was understandable as the garage was on the ground floor and the room is on the first floor.
Would definitely consider this place again if the price remains competitive in future.

FFatenLocation is perfect. The whole building has this weird smell which is uncomfortable. I like the fact there is water dispenser hot and cold in the room. The room is quote spacious for two.

However, the hotel staff told me they almost cancelled my room because i didn’t check in on time.
Story short was, my first booking was from 26th to 28th Dec, but because of the red eye flight, i wanted to catch some rest before exploring the city.
After reaching out to the hotel via trip, i was advised to cancel my booking and rebook with 25th dec so that the room will be readily available to me upon reaching the hotel. I did what i was advised and still the counter staff made the remark of “cancelling” my booking because i didn’t check in on time.
Room was a little shabby especially the toilet, looks very old, definitely needs some upgrading.

Bbeverly vegaI rated 3 star for the location, ‘cause in the building is a pub I think or KTV with girls in it. And elevator going to the hotel isn’t separated, so it smells cigarette. But overall, the room is sooo clean and good with its prize. Plus the amenities are good, you can refill water and other amenities from the lobby that is just few walks away from rooms. There’s kiosk to buy drinks as well, and a microwave in the lobby to heat the meals bought from restaurants or convenient stores.
