The hotel environment is good, the whole check in process was fast. The lobby environment is chilling and there's cafe located in the lobby. You can enjoy book and coffee there.
Our room get upgraded to a business quadruple room, which is big and comfy. The cleanliness is superb. We felt very satisfied during our stay. Another bonus point is that the hotel have laundry room which you can do your laundry for free during the stay! It's good for traveler who have longer trip in Taiwan.

The hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

The housekeeping didn't come to make up the room carefully, she did knock on the door when I was poo poo, and I said to wait for a second. Then the housekeeper left two bottles of drinking water at the door until I came back from Jiu Fen Old Street, crazy right, I stayed in Taoyuan and went to Jiu Fen. I know.
Yeah, after I came back, my room still didn't make up, and the trust was still there.
Anyway. Buy the location is good, for me easy to the Taoyuan Airport.

Room was spacious, clean, quiet enough. The staffs were kind and helpful. But few lame things: they don’t offer any moisturizer or body lotion. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear the music from the elevator area. And most importantly, you cant use heater but i heard that thats pretty common in hotels in taiwan(its bit warm here on Dec but its cold at night) Besides that, everything was good.

Menginap di sini kerana penerbangan kami mendarat pada lewat malam, tidak sesuai untuk pergi ke destinasi seterusnya. Sangat sesuai untuk persinggahan, sangat tertutup dengan stesen kereta api Taoyuan. Bilik saya tidak mempunyai sebarang tingkap. Ingat untuk melalui lorong yang mempunyai banyak gerai makan kemudian cari lobi lif.

Hotel is strangely located at a junction, and so drop off when with big luggage can be slightly tricky. ********* taxi drivers are pretty skillful though. Rooms are basic and relatively clean. Service at reception is dependent on which staff you are speaking to. On 1 evening, I think I got a trainee, who was pretty clueless. Otherwise, staff are usually quite friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast choices are limited but the lady working there is really nice. She makes a big difference! Contrary to what was written on the laundry form, Laundry must be handed in by 8am to get it back on same day. And also not written on the form, no weekend service. All these additional info are placed under the glass on desk, so if u miss it, tough luck. Bus to taipei takes 40mins, absolute must to check timings to plan your schedule to and from taipei.

CP HOTEL is located between Taoyuan High Speed Rail Station A18 and Station A19, it takes only two minutes by car to reach our hotel, and it takes fifteen minutes by car to reach Taoyuan International Airport, the location makes it more convenient to go abroad and return to Taiwan. Attractions along the way: X-park aquarium, Taoyuan Baseball Stadium, Gloria Outlets, SK Cinemas, A19 Global Mall, Green Pond Park. Tourists have many good places to relax in their spare time.

The hotel is clean and bright. Personally i like the self service laundry area, the hotel comes with free parking and the breakfast is nice also.
The downside of the hotel is that the air-condition, the sound is quite disturbing during the night. The location is slightly out if you are going to town but good thing is no traffic jam at that area.

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.

PPengguna TetamuAll the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around.
If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

PPengguna TetamuVery tidy & clean. I love they have air purifier which can also function as clothes dryer, and the clothes hanging rack. These are very useful when you have a kid who constantly has clothes to be washed. The air purifier can dry kids clothes overnight.

SShe era因為兒子所以選住ihotel, 房間空間適中，早餐半自助，主菜看出厨師有花心思有驚喜，有洗衣房及小食飲品全天24小時供應。飯店距離捷運站不遠，到附近的中壢夜市很方便，晚上街道也有不少宵夜攤檔。唯有一點塵蟎過敏，早上在執拾掉到床底的物件才發現很多塵，希望飯店多注意清潔。

SSeow Hong TcheauLocation is near to the airport. Room was spacious, bright and very clean. Shower and toilet area even came with a tub. Staff was polite, thoughtful and efficient. Advised us on timing for cab pick up to airport by considering morning traffic while ensuring we had enough time for breakfast. Staff ensured that our luggage was dropped off and picked up right at our doorstep.
Breakfast was a good spread and it was prepared and ready on the dot. We appreciated this as we had to rush off to the airport immediately after.
There is even a private garage. It's a pity we didn't get to benefit from it as we've already dropped off our rental car before check in. The only negative is that we had to carry our luggage up the stairs as there was no lift access. But this was understandable as the garage was on the ground floor and the room is on the first floor.
Would definitely consider this place again if the price remains competitive in future.

MMazlin TeoEnjoyed my stay and one of the best breakfasts I had so far. Very convienent 10 minutes away from the station and 5 minutes from the Night Market. Room is very spacious but has minor cleanliness. TV is accessible to YouTube. The rooms are all very interesting so you won't be disappointed!

CChrys NgStay for 1 night here due to early flight to catch. Is near to HSR hence going to airport is very convenient. Do take note that there's only a Factory Outlet, a Mcdonald restaurant and a convenience shop nearby. Not suitable for light sleeper as there are many movements outside the room throughout and opening/closing/locking of the door can be heard every now and then, perhaps due to the shared toilet.

And elevator going to the hotel isn’t separated, so it smells cigarette. But overall, the room is sooo clean and good with its prize. Plus the amenities are good, you can refill water and other amenities from the lobby that is just few walks away from rooms. There’s kiosk to buy drinks as well, and a microwave in the lobby to heat the meals bought from restaurants or convenient stores.
