Tarraco Park Tarragona

Fuimos para pasar una noche y aunque la ubicación me sorprendió, cuando entramos al hotel, nos encantó. Solo les recomendaría que vigilaran la madera que hay entre el baño y el suelo del pasillo, pues está un poco elevado y si no tienes cuidado te golpeas con ella en el dedo.

The staff were very helpfull and accomodating as we had a car issue and had to get repairs done at peutgeot dealership. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Good breakfast and restaurant with outdoor pool and gym. The hotel is a 10 taxi ride to the city centre.

Breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are so quiet. There’s a Lidl grocery store next door. Bus stop is a few steps away. Restaurants within walking distance. Just not too many tourist places within walking distance, but a bus or taxi ride away.

Middle of no where but very comfortable hotel. Says free parking, it’s not its Euro 9 per night, no big deal. Says near attractions, it’s a one hour walk, I got a cab. Had to walk back as could not find a cab. Breakfast okay but would not stay here as too far out when Tarragona is only a one day look around

This hotel is the worst hotel ever. First of al the manager is so evil. She suggest that i was lying. No service at all. The first Day we arrived at the hotel we first got the wrong room with no bed for our Child. Then we got another room with the right amount of beds but no working airconditioning. So i open the Window and there is a very bad smell and still very hot. I went to the front desk and complained about it. I told the lady that the airconditioning isn't working. I opened the window and there is a very bad smell. I have astma and cant stay in a room with a bad smell and no working airconditioning in the middle of the summer. i want to cancel the second night stay. She says ok i will send the manager an email about it and will Come back to you. She didn't told me that i can get another room. The morning after the manager from hell was there. And she suggested that i was lying and that i didn't came to them and complained about the airconditioning. She told me it is defect but they will repair it today. I told her i went to the desk yesterday and complained about the airconditioning and the girl didn't give me a New room. And i stayed for an half hour complaining and she did not give me a sollution. She wont give me the money back from the second night. Because i can not stay a night longer in a room of sauna. They stole my money without a blink and tell me that i was lying. The room was also not clean at all. There were a lot of ants there. They also dont have enough money to buy decent lights. The room was very dark with the terrible Light in it. They dont deserve 4 stars!

ATENCION NEFASTA POR PARTE DE LA SRTA. PRISCILA DE RECEPCION. Estancia de 1 noche con niña de 11 años. Llegamos el dia 11 de Julio desde Portaventura, y estábamos tan cansados que simplemente fuimos a cenar en el mismo hotel, y luego directamente a dormir. Al día siguiente cuando nos despertamos ya para marchar , mire debajo de la cama por si la niña se le había caído alguna cosa, y encontramos ropa de otro cliente, confetis, 3 globos , y mucha suciedad. Bajamos a recepción, y la Srta.Priscila estaba al tlf. con el informático (lo deducimos porque luego de un buen rato cuando le dio la gana a ella, la escuchamos darle la clave para conexión remota) , nos miro, y dijo Check out?¿ le dijimos si, pero queremos hablar con usted..... Eso ya no le gustó ............. nos dejo esperando un buen rato..... ... Claro nos vio con el globo que le bajamos y con cara de disgusto... e iba alargando la conversación, hasta que le volvimos a repetir... nos puede atender porfavor... y de malas maneras al final nos atendió.... Primera respuesta suya al decirle las cosas... Porque no lo dijeron ayer?¿ y le contestamos que porque normalmente cuando llego a un hotel no me pongo a mirar debajo de las camas...(quizás a partir de ahora lo haga) y que porque era tarde "veníamos reventados de port Aventura"....... .... Pues ella en lugar de pedir disculpas, ya que en ningún momento tuvo la educación y humildad de hacerlo..... su actitud fue altiva, ofensiva (simplemente con la mirada y actitud que tenia).... y con ganas de perjudicar y alargar la situación en lugar de solventarlo rápidamente.... Por su mala educación le pedi una hoja de reclamaciones... y como nunca he puesto ninguna... le pregunte: - Es una hoja de reclamación? y su respuesta fue .... ACASO NO LO VE? Como no voy a cabrearme ademas, de que me encuentro una habitación sucia, te encuentras con un personaje así ?¿? y si es verdad... que yo le conteste... ERES UNA MALEDUCADA.... y la estupenda Srta.Priscila... enseguida me contesto... pues igual que usted..... Pero Aver Señores propietarios del hotel... o bien es su hija esta chica, y no han podido colocarla en otro sitio a trabajar... o deverdad miren bien el tipo de personaje que tienen delante de una recepción..... Luego a la hora de entregarle la reclamación..... Priscila seguía al tlf. como si nada, y le digo.. perdona ya hemos terminado , y nos contesto... PUES ESPERAN A QUE YO TERMINE AL TLF.. es decir seguir provocando un malestar.... sin ningún sentido... y ademas tiene las santas narices, de contestarme en la reclamación que la insultamos... Perdona Priscila a ti nadie te insultó... lo que pasa que no sirves para estar en una recepción, es una vergüenza que un establecimiento así... con lo que cuesta llenar hoteles , tenga un personaje así al frente de una recepción..... Pagamos 94 euros... ok yo lo escogí por vuestra pagina web, sin desayuno , hasta aquí estamos deacuerdo... pero que me encuentre ropa , confetis, globos , y que ademas cuando ba

La habitación bien pero la MP no tan bien. Te daban la carta con 3 primeros y 6 segundos de los cuales 3 platos con suplemento. A las 21:30h ya no había algún plato para escoger. Los postres muy sencillos y no te traían lo que ponian (la crema catalana era natillas de chocolate con azúcar quemado) La encargada del comedor nos dijo q fuéramos a cenar antes de las 21h porque tenían reservado para dos grupos y nos tocaría esperar (llegamos a las 20:50h y a las 21:15h ya no tenían algunos segundos platos).El horario de cena era hasta las 22:30h.

Personale della reception scortese e maleducato. In fase di check In parlavano con altri non dandoci attenzione, il check In piu lungo della storia. A fronte della rottura del condizionatore ci hanno detto che dovevamo semplicemente stare con il condizionatore spento (in piena estate e con 35 gradi) trattandoci con una arroganza veramente irritante, soprattutto da parte della reception manager... Che non si è neppure scusata per l'inconveniente né ci ha offerto un drink riparatorio Frigo bar completamente vuoto. Neppure una bottiglia di ben venuto (è classificato 4 stelle) Posizione deludente. Vicino a raffinerie e a seconda del vento arriva un puzzo nauseabondo. La piscina e il giardino (sintetico) non sono fruibili a causa del puzzo. Polvere negli armadi e negli scaffali della zona ristorante Camera con pavimento scadente (ripeto è un 4 stelle)
