Ulasan Sleepy Hollow Hotel & Conference Center

The thermostat is broken on the wall. At midnight, the AC turned on to full speed for no reason and I was waken up by the noise. I went to the front desk, they gave me batteries and ask me to replace the batteries in the thermostat.

Although we only stayed overnight we were very pleased. We had stayed at the property when it was a Hilton. We know it has changed ownership and needs some updating but it was still very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Alexis at the front desk .

former Hilton, now independently operated. a little run down but convenient. price fair with discounted rates, look for pay in advance

The hotel was very clean and quite i loved it. Definitely coming back soon.

第一天就等到了5點多才有房間入住。整個酒店佔地面積很大，大堂很敞亮。 服務真的不好説，打掃房間的服務人員好像不太懂英文。衹有第一天入住的時候有咖啡，而且3個人入住，價格也比兩個人貴，但是衹給兩份咖啡。打掃完房間，也不給咖啡，必須去前台要，住了6天，去前台要了3次咖啡😰。 沒有熱水壺，也沒有茶。 酒店周圍有一個小商圈，商圈裡有一個小超市，還有一個葯店，咖啡午餐店。 門口有一棵玉蘭樹非常漂亮 ！

非常舒服的體驗，就是一樓的房間會有些螞蟻 不過整個居住很愜意，大草坪，早餐，健身房 一應俱全，很棒的體驗

The property was doing demolition past midnight. The workers left doors open. It was not only inconvenient but actually illegal.

Bathroom toilet was dirty, Less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper, which I ran out with no extra roll in the room. Since I was woken up by housekeeping at 9am trying to enter my room, I decided to asked her for some toilet paper.. check out is not until 11am, w Checkout is at 11am…

They’re was a weird guy starring at me and my boyfriend at night and looking in our window plus the ac didn’t work and it was super hot in the room.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I flew in from London for an event and booked the hotel so I could get 2 good nights of sleep rather than staying with my friends. BUT there was a party at the hotel with children running up and down the corridors on both nights. The hotel did try and move me the day I went up but they didn't say it was because of noise disturbance. I thought I would lose my mind. This was so stressful and awful and I can't believe I actually paid for it. They have reimbursed me for one night but not the second night. Totally irresponsible to have other guests and uncontrolled kids running up and down all night. I am waiting to hear from the manageress about the second night.

I had extended my stay. While I was sleep I had cleaning service walk in my room. Even with the security lock on and all. Surprised to see me meeting them at the door half naked. Wake up later that day to shower no hot water room cold as the winters day. Turn the heat as high as it went 80 degrees. Hour later room felt colder the it was outside. Called the front desk. Maintenance came in to fix the issue, but was unable to do so. He had to go downstairs to do something would be back in 30 minutes. No one came back, not when I called the front desk did they have any answers.

I did not have a stay. I canceled within the required time. I was charged anyway. When I called Support to ask about it, they lied to me and told me it’s “a hotel problem; call the hotel; you booked it as Pay At The Hotel”. When I called support the 2nd time, I was told I was getting a refund within 7 to 10 business days. Not sure what the truth is.

This property is completely outdated and needs to be updated. Old carpets, old and uncomfortable beds, old tvs that didn’t work. Could have been a nice gym but equipment was missing. Very loud. Would not stay there again. Limited dining unless you are orthodox Jewish. Disappointed in the overall experience.

The property was clean but the bathroom had something broken and the breakfast is always an issue even after multiple stays it's always a weird time not sure why
