Hotel berhampiran botinka.uz, Tashkent

Была в Ташкенте проездом 8 сентября 2023. Остановилась в этом отеле буквально на несколько часов(между рейсами самолета). Очень благодарна персоналу за внимательное и доброе отношение, особенно мужчине на ресепшене (к сожаление не спросила его имени), меня не только накормили(хотя время завтрака уже закончилось), но и помогли вызвать такси. Номера удобные, хорошо оборудованы. Если ещё буду в Ташкенте, обязательно остановлюсь в этом великолепном отеле.

Во первых - не зарегистрировали бронь за несколько дней от моей коллеги, хотя мы можем доказать что звонок был и разговаривали с администратором! Во вторых - администратор не знает что делать, постоянно звонит коллеги и консультируется по каждому вопросу, не говорит на русском языке и вообще не понимает о чем речь. В третьих - при разговоре о том, что я заселилась на 5 дней и оплата будет от моей Компании после первого дня моего проживания - я удивлена была что мои вещи они выставили из номера и сказали чтобы я сама поднялась в прачку и собрала свои вещи. «Вот идите и заберите сами вещи, они вон там в прачке» В четвёртых - клевета, персонал говорит, что я якобы была в другой гостинице «Бархат» и оказывается утверждала что я съеду из гостиницы «Сапфир» в другую гостиницу, грозились камерами наблюдения и утверждали что я была именно там. В пятых - по хамски разговаривают со мной! Мне была неприятна ситуация, что вещи мои были выставлены из номера без предупреждения и в любом случае я была нервной. Но вы - администрация отеля, если работаете в сфере гостеприимства, у вас должен быть другой подход к гостям. За клевету есть статья и закон на моей стороне!

L'hotel ci è stato consigliato dall'agenzia di Samarcanda che ha organizzato il nostro tour, la scelta legata alla posizione vicino alla stazione e all'aeroporto. Si tratta di un vecchio albergone, sulla carta addirittura un 5 Stelle (secondo i canoni del Uzbekistan). Appena entrati troverete metà della hall in ristrutturazione con operai e ponteggi che lavorano… Le nostre camere si trovavano, la prima al sesto piano, abbastanza decente, la seconda al terzo piano, in ristrutturazione. C'è da chiedersi come mai in un albergo così grande allochino stanze in totale rifacimento sia nelle parti interne che nei corridoi (vedete i cartelli appesi alle porte!). Siamo stati solo una notte e per poche ore e, anche per la stanchezza, non abbiamo preteso cambiamenti… ma in un'altra situazione avremmo chiamato l'agenzia e richiesto il cambio di hotel. Ciò premesso: camere tristi, vetuste, mediamente sporche (guardate la foto del divanetto…) e molto rumorose; la camera al sesto piano dava sulla piazza davanti all'hotel, che è trafficatissima di giorno e di notte (e l'insonorizzazione della stanza decisamente scarsa); la stanza al terzo piano dava verso l'interno, una specie di cantiere e di deposito dei materiali di lavoro. Condizionamento rumorosissimo e non utilizzabile. Bagni vecchi e decisamente da ristrutturare. Un poco meglio la colazione, ed è l’unica ragione per cui ho dato due pallini. Il mio consiglio: cercate una sistemazione diversa.

Checking in was a nightmare I booked the hotel to stay 2 night before flying back to London. I checked in with my new wife as we just got married and the hotel reception demanded that we need a marriage certificate to stay at their hotel as my wife was Uzbekistan citizens and me being Uk. The reception was very rude unhelpful and even I was telling them that I am with my wife they didn’t want to check me in I found this very upsetting as I said if my girlfriend or female friend, wife was another nationality they won’t ask me for anything after talking to some fake managers that came to the reception they had to make so many phone calls to some places and after 45 minutes of waiting at the reception desk finally they checked us in was terrible no apologies was offered from 4-5 staff that had dealt with us 2 we’re supposed to be management which am not sure I feel they lied. I wasn’t happy at all with this from such a large hotel chain which I have used them in other locations. Room was good sized clean but service in general was poor for such a new hotel. Even morning breakfast staff no one ever said good morning or anything. There was no security at the front door ever when we came in or left the hotel to see local tourists attractions. Avoid the bar too expensive and cocktails weren’t great head to local restaurants for cheaper drinks. It’s a shame I can’t rate the service less than 1 stars if I could I would rate the service 0 stars. We stayed at the Wyndham in Tashkent as well with my wife didn’t have issues and staff there were fantastic.

房間非常乾淨住的很舒服地理位置也很好去哪裡都很近！而且這個價格算是相同位置下最優惠的啦，又續了幾個晚上～老闆人也very niceeeee！大大小小的事情都幫忙操心❤️❤️店裡阿姨煮的牛肉水餃好吃和媽媽做的一個味道，早餐牛奶也很好喝還有那個切成塊的小蛋糕蘸點醬蠻符合我的口味 可惜今天睡懶覺了！明天一定早起起來吃早餐😆😆

You stay here for the experience not the quality of the hotel! This place is kitsch and a wonderful relic of the cold War! Stayed here twice as part of a group tour and was charmed by the haphazard nature of the place! Reception is a vast space with plenty of seating and a bar at one end. You can get cold beer here that you can take away to your room. Both rooms we had were large with twin beds at one end and a loungue type area at the other. The major bonus was we had a balcony each time; great views from the higher floors and a good place to hang out some washing! The first room the balcony was accessible from two doors, the second room had one door blocked with a chest of drawers and the handle removed! Bathrooms are a bit dated and you sometimes have to wait for hot water! Not all rooms have balconies so you might need to request. The money exchange was really useful, although they wouldn't change local currency back again. The rooftop bar is actually the top floor as opposed to on the roof but the windows open in and you get great city views. Breakfast buffet is excellent, especially the omlette chef! Location of the hotel is also strong, metro just to right of entrance and lots of attractions, bars and restaurants in walking distance. A couple of reviews say Reception staff don't speak great English - you can get round this with Google translate so not a big deal. We also had two people on our two given each others passports - the onus is definitely on you to check!If you don't mind quirky this hotel is for you!

一個小院兩棟樓睡得安靜,早餐中西結合豐盛，小院有綠地和休閑的區域吃玩早餐小院盪鞦韆涼快愜意。有很多中國旅客，在院裏納涼。位置距離majic city很近我步行去步行回大概20分鐘。最關鍵的是老闆中國人，下了飛機免費派會中文的司機接站，下着大雨，又是晚上瞬間覺得安全太温暖了！majic city夜景太漂亮還有音樂🎶噴泉。震撼漂亮，下次帶朋友來還住這裏。太方便了！

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Всегда готовы помочь в любом вопросе, отвечали на все вопросы, возникшие во время нашего проживания, что создаёт приятную атмосферу. К уборке нареканий не было. В гостинице предоставляют бесплатным Wi-Fi интернет с очень хорошей скоростью, не только на территории гостиницы но и в номерах а также имеется парковка. На завтрак предоставляют богатый ассортимент сыров, мясо- копченных и кондитерских изделий, фрукты нескольких видов, 2 вида каш и блюда из национальной кухни. несколько видов кофе и большой ассортимент напитков и чая. В гостинице также имеется места для фотосесий и проведения романтического ужина для влюблённых пар и для тех кто желает быть связанными узами брака. Обязательно вернусь в Shaxjahon hotel.
