Everything was fabulous; the staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Everything was exactly as in the photos.

Nice hotel but not close to tourist attractions. Take about 30 mins to walk to a subway station.

Room is small but cozy. Amenities are excellent - pool, sauna, steam and gym. Breakfast is very great and good choices. Not too far from train station.

The room was quite large and clean overall. There weren't many restaurants nearby, but there was one local restaurant that served very good food. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, and it wasn't a problem for people with Chinese tastes. The prices were a bit high, but overall I would recommend it.

The location and room are good. The local Yandex taxi is quite cheap. However, the Ukrainian car model is old, equivalent to the Sail 20 years ago.

The hotel's large terrace is quite comfortable, but the tables and chairs on the terrace are not maintained, and the chairs are wet from the rain. There is nothing we can do.
