Staff was very helpful and friendly… location abide far from city centre but great place to stays. Accessible via public transportation.

The hotel is good, located near the Tekhnologichesky Institut metro station, but a bit far from the Old Town. It has its own parking, which I needed. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked. Breakfasts are good, but don't expect daily variety.

The hotel itself is very decent, with a good breakfast, excellent service, but I had an unpleasant situation with the cleaning of the room. When I did not ask him to clean there, they cleaned without my knowledge, which is not bad, but in the room due to the rush on business there was a mess and things were scattered. When I returned back I found that a couple of packing bags were thrown out and in general things were touched because they were lying in other places, which I really did not like, but the money that was lying on the table was not touched. Another thing that was not very good was the location, because the hotel is located on a mountain, it is difficult to get there on foot with luggage, only by taxi.

A very cost-effective homestay. We lost our key on the first day and later spent 40 local currency to get a replacement. The efficiency and communication were OK.
