It was an amazing experience staying with Ibis Budget Tbilisi Center. I was travelling from dubai with a couple of my friends, and the room space and the condition was pretty nice and cozy. A special thanks to George and Dachi at the front desk who helped me and my friends telling a lot about the the nearby places and localities. Would definitely visit again and recommend to my friends as well.

酒店新，性價比高。房間不算大，但舒服，在當地來說不錯。view好，附旁邊就是小型家樂福。早餐的選擇也適中，出品也可以。

Отличный отель, идеальное расположение. Центр, при этом тихий центр. Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отдельное спасибо Диане, внимательная, готовая ответить на любой вопрос. Завтрак - отдельный вид искусства! Домашний йогурт с семенами Чиа - 10 из 10! Дети остались в восторге от выпечки! Ну и про чистоту, очень и очень чисто! Тапочки и халаты есть, просто спросите их на ресепшен. Спасибо в общем, за наш отличный отдых!

Один из лучших сетевых отелей, в которых я был. Все новое. Очень качественно, стильно, красиво. Все в концепции отелей RED - совмещение старого и нового, строгого и комфортного. Очень стильно. Номера шикарные. Кровать удобная. Мне, как статусному участнику сделали апгрейд на две категории, что очень приятно. Номер супериор с балконом - отличный, просторный. Из минусов - базово нет кофемашины. Халаты и тапки, а также принадлежности по запросу. Но сразу же принесли. Отличная французская косметика(правда в диспенсерах). У нас было событие, мы праздновали годовщину. Отель подготовил сюрприз - игристое и закуска ждала нас в номере. Очень трогательное письмо. За что отдельное спасибо. Отдельного упоминания стоит персонал ресепшн. За все пребывание я ни разу не услышал слова нет. Всегда было только Да! Мне организовали: кофемашину(!), тапки/халаты/принадлежности, лёд, принесли доставку еды до номера, без проблем организовали поздний выезд до 16, помогли распечатать, все рассказали. Лукас и Демиан настоящие профессионалы своего дела! Из минусов отмечу housekeeping. Сначала этот человек, не смотря на табличку Don't disturb, три раза ломилась в номер(а мы отсыпались с дороги). Но затем возникла вопиющая ситуация - горничная унесла всё, что увидела - игристое(пол бутылки), закрытую бутылку Боржоми, орешки. И что больше всего расстроило - подаренное письмо от отеля. А также все принадлежности из ванной комнаты. Плюс поставила нам одну открытую(!) бутылку воды и повесила на неё табличку, что она новая. Ужасная ситуация! Хорошо, что я убрал ноутбук в сейф(а то бы и его забрала). Большая просьба сделать замечание горничной, оштрафовать! Ситуацию урегулировали на ресепшн. А нам подготовили новое письмо от команды на память о событии. Спасибо, Лука! Надеюсь больше такое в отеле не повториться. Закрыв глаза на работу конкретной горничной, ставлю отелю оценку 5 с авансом на будущее. Вернусь, понравилось!

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

Ia bukan sahaja tempat yang baik untuk perjalanan perniagaan, tetapi juga tempat yang baik untuk masa lapang. Perkhidmatan yang menyenangkan dan tidak mengganggu. I’m writing this review while I’m still at the hotel. This brand-new Garden Inn of the Hilton portfolio has blown me away! Right from the time of check-in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ana and Oto were at the check in desk at my later arrival and they completed check in formalities efficiently and smoothly while briefing me about the hotel and the things to do around. Both were so gracious and warm! In line with Hilton Diamond member benefits, I was offered an upgrade to an absolutely fantastic room on a higher floor, which had a balcony as large as the room. The views of the mountains, river, and the old city from the balcony are so mesmerizing! I would often run into Sophiya during my stay, who would always check on my well being and keep offering useful travel suggestions and tips! Breakfast offerings were limited yet wholesome and very enjoyable. Having some more variety would be a good touch. However, the food display and service at the restaurant was very good. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mariam at the front desk, who was again very helpful and warm and briefed me further on this brand new property. Thanks Mariam, for your help, and for being wonderful and offering a late check out! In my opinion, this Garden Inn property is way better than even some of the full-service Hilton properties I have stayed in! I’m super impressed and will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is just up the street from the Parliament Building and National Museum. It is closer to old Town (& Gallery Mall) than Rooms and Stamba Hotels on Rustaveli. Being up the hill, it is very quiet. The staff was terrific-helpful & knowledgeable, everyone at the front desk. The gym is solid. I did not use the pool & sauna, but they are there. I had lunch in the restaurant my first day, a good pasta. The restaurant has a nice outdoors area that sprays mist during hot days. The breakfast was solid, not great. Pastries were ok, & fruit was limited. I never looked at the menu (more dishes, probably inc eggs) but just went with the buffet. The room is large. AC is good. Shower is big, but it took a long time to get hot water & then a challenge to settle with comfortably warm water. A very good choice. I’d rate it similar to Rooms Hotel in price & service, though the lobby here is more functional than impressive. Oh, yes-WiFi here is solid.

Pros: very clean, good rooms, great breakfast, very very friendly service and good location. this building is the highest in the city, so make sure to ask for a high floor this way you can get a very good view of the city. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I didnt have chance to try the spa. Hotel has a free parking for your car. Cons: nothing bad at all . this is a very good place in Tiblisi. it might be on the ”expensive” side but again , it is one of the best places in the city. if you are on a budget trip, then you can stay in another place .
