Got to stay in the hotel near the new year. The staff is amazing, from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We arrived from a very long trip but the staff were so accommodating. The facilities are no frills & just right. It’s very new as well & feels like a very modern hotel in an ancient city. The dumpling soup was also great against the cold Georgian winter. I’ll definitely be back when I’m back in Tbilisi

We had lovely stay in your hotel this was first time to visit in this hotel, you have wonderful staff specially Mariam reception supervisor and Nina was amazing and very helpful. They should get recognition as they were very hospitality Thank you for rest of the team as well we will definitely come back again

It’s our 2nd time to visit Georgia and staying in this property again without hesitation, we chose it because, why not? If you want to have an excellent and memorable stay, you will never regret staying in this property. A very big thank you to Ninna and Mariam from FO team and as well to Mariam and Nikoloz from breakfast FnB team for letting us to experience the Georgian hospitality! They are very kind, very helpful and as well the most important, they always SMILE which made us feel more welcome! Ninna and Mariam went way more than an extra step just for us to have a memorable wedding vacation and gave us a legendary service which helped us A LOT. We will definitely come back to enjoy the beauty of Georgia while staying in the best hotel and amazing staff in Tbilisi. Thank you very much for taking care of us 🙏🏻

If you want to really relax or do business, you should be at this hotel.Thanks to all of them for their attitude and behavior.Everything was clean and the food was delicious.Everything is from GM and very qualified staff.The location was great and the atmosphere was bright and joyful for the guests!Thanks again!

As once a Hilton Diamond member (disqualified during COVID years), I can say that this has been THE worst Hilton stay I have ever had. If you tried to take a shower, you'll find out - 1 - disgusted smell from the bathroom drain. After taking this to the receptionist, they offered to send a housekeeper instead of changing us to another room, which is actually a nice one as we've unpacked ourselves, but then you found out the housekeeper only came with a small bottle of spray, rudely smashing to the room and starting to spray it to the drains, under the bed, and in the toilet. 2 - out of the three bottles of toiletries, there are two bottles of shower gel but no shampoo. When you try to press, one of the bottles would fall from the wall and almost hit your feet. 3 - after getting out of the shower, you'll find the water has leaked from the bathroom to the bedroom side because the glass was not perfectly sealed to the floor. The drinking water in the gym was out of stock for two days. There is no parking lot and the receptionist would just instruct you to park right in front of the hotel entrance, BY THE ROAD. Which is worsening the already busy traffic every day. Would not suggest staying in this property at all.
