Very good hotel, everything is new, room was spacious and you can easy walk to the Airport terminal

Free transport to the airport was perfect as we got an early morning flight from here to Oaxaca. Super quiet and clean hotel perfect for 1 night and the bed was super comfortable.

Muy bien.   Shuttle service bien.  Breakfast normal bien. Rooms muy bien.

很新的酒店，位置也不錯，酒店有免費的機場接駁車，非常方便。訂了雙床房，到店升級成了大床房。設施稍微有點小問題，第二天早上送了早餐彌補，體驗還不錯。

體驗優秀的酒店，有廊橋直通Felipe機場，設施很新，工作人員服務態度不錯，美中不足的是隔音一般 ps視排班，前台有個戴金邊眼鏡的小哥很帥XD ps的ps：早上週圍如果打不到uber，可以讓前台小姐姐幫訂

칸쿤가는 공항에서 일부러 가까운 곳으로 잡았는데 진짜 가깝고 공항까지 데려다주는 서비스도 있었어요 호텔도 좋았습니다

有廊橋可以直接到機場很方便

While the Holiday Inn would have rated a 3, the awful service, food and drink offered by its restaurant drags it to a 1 (and that high only because the system does not allow a zero). Unfortunately, the distance from alternative restaurants makes this the only game in town. The wait staff were the least experienced we ever encountered. There were only three beer choices available when the menu listed 10. When we defaulted to wine, the bartender poured a scant 2 ozs. and laughed when we suggested that was an under pour. I took my glass to the maître d’ who proceeded to fill another wine glass with water, by the shot glass, to assess my complaint. Turns out both of our glasses were missing well over half the normal pour. No apology, just a quick top up. Then came the sirloin burgers ordered done medium but arrived very rare for one and near blood red for the other. Now if the staff and kitchen had been overwhelmed by guests, it might be partly understandable. In fact, the restaurant and adjoining terrace were dead empty. Just two couples for several dozen unoccupied tables. One would think the absence of guests would signal a problem as well as give the maître d’ an opportunity to teach. Evidently not.

This hotel has no doors to the bathroom, beware! There is a glass divider that doesn’t lock and doesn’t shut like a door would. If you’re sharing room with anyone, you should stay elsewhere. Front desk staff is not well trained and not helpful at all. No respect for the guests.

Stayed at this hotel with a group. I found the staff completely incompetent. We booked the nights hotel with breakfast and they told us at breakfast that it wasn’t included when we had booked it.. we ordered a beer at dinner & they only had 2 in stock from there menu of about 10.. Some of the group ordered a Caesar salad for dinner and it was dry ( no dressing ) when we asked for some the waiter said yes and it never came.. We requested high floors to watch the aircraft 6 months before our stay / a week and again the night before and we turned up with low floors which they said the rooms were full, yet I walked past a number of rooms that were being cleaned.. At breakfast there were many flys see picture attached.. one of the group paid for dinner with his credit card but it came up declined.. However his credit card statement online said pending!! All rooms have ice buckets but no ice machines.. we got told there is an ice machine on the 4th floor which you can’t access as your room key only accesses your floor.. !! Complete incompetence.. I sure hope Camino Real open a hotel next door!!

Hotel at my time of staying appears to be very new and I'm guessing with only 1 review before mine, it is. Friendly front desk staff with a good standard of English (my Spanish is very poor!) Hotel is a 5/10 walk or golf buggy ride to the airport terminal not a lot else in the area. Room is a good size with a comfortable king size bed, fridge, TV with loads of channels and a good bathroom with walk-in shower. Breakfast is great, all freshy cooked items, good choice (M$299)

Servicio mediocre, comida insufrible. Solo nos quedamos una noche, como el aeropuerto tiene muy, pero muy pocas opciones para cenar, tuvimos que cenar en el restaurante del 7o piso del hotel. Tardaron cerca de una hora en llevar la comida, que es mala y ridículamente cara. El buffet del desayuno del día siguiente con fruta en mal estado, huevos quemados y un servicio tan malo que nos tuvimos que parar a buscar las jarras de café para servirnos nosotros mismos… No les interesa para nada dar un buen servicio al cliente, pues saben que son la única opción para dormir cerca del aeropuerto .
